Hi guys,
Not one to usually complain but just bought a humble burger at the sea lanes burger shack. The big guy with a beard had horrible customer service. I asked for a burger without mayonese which he said was fine. When I received my burger it was covered in mustard (which isnt on the menu description). When I came back to discuss the issue the big guy with a beard instantly was extremely confrontational saying "if I do not remove myself he will do it for me". All I wanted was a new burger and said I am happy to wait considering the queue, but big guy was not having any of it and slammed the money on the counter with no reason. I understand when your busy it is tough but you have to state all ingredients on menus otherwise you will give people the wrong idea. Especially when you are paying 9 pounds for an average burger.
On a side note the guy with long hair was very accepting and was completely agreeing with what i was saying.
If I'm honest it's the worst customer service I have ever experienced. And the first complaint i have ever made.

Great customer service from the bar staff service but dreadful food.
Limp bagged salad doused in some sort of dressing made entirely from salt. Absolutely inedible (also absolutely willing to believe the chef just got this so wrong and spilled the salt without noticing because no none would make anything this nasty by choice)
Sad, tepid tacos clearly made with no love. Weird green paste pretending to be guacamole on a couple of them and a dry nugget of brown passing itself off as pork.
We were promised a replacement taco for the dreadful salad, thankfully it never turned up.

Oh My well absolutely and solely the best thing I have tasted in a long time, the dished may be small but my do they pack a punch. Every time we visit we get great service and the food just keeps hitting the spot. I would eat here every night if I could, the portion size, the flavours, the price all 10/10 from me ! Hats off to them for doing something different and it works ! Right now the sirloin steak & bone marrow is on and its out of this world !

It's nice to finally have the combination of great food and a great selection of beers and drinks in one place. Would highly recommend this place. Plus the Korean chicken burger was the crazy good!!

Ordered on Deliveroo but could not find how to review on there. £5 for that tiny portion of chips is unforgivably overpriced. The burger was sitting in a pool of grease, the bun was soaked with it. Rather than being charred, the bun was burned.

Nice place with a friendly staff. I advise to take the fries with cheese, very tasty! The Royale with cheese is a little hamburger, but it is satisfying. The beers are many and very good. I've tried the seaside beer, an APA... fantastic!!

Typical english pub, great food, I suggest you to take the fries. The chicken wings were a little overcooked. The staff is accomodating and the beer was awesome
