The coffee is just beyond incredible as are the range of teas. The homemade treats are out of this world tasty. But the service, awesome welcome, and the vibe here surpass everywhere else a zillion times over! Keep it up, guys - winning formula! Highly recommended.

Lovely coffee experience! Went on a Sunday, so it was crowded, and the shop is fairly small, but it adds to the cozy atmosphere, and the sitting space was not too crammed. They offer a wide variety of delicious cakes (although I personally find them a bit too sugary) with a small selection of vegan cakes. The staff is very friendly and lovely. Would come again to escape from the cold English winter!

Good vibes, nice music, excellent pour over. The girls serving were cheery & friendly. Let me sit inside with my dog. Lovely place to read a book and enjoy good coffee.

Fantastic coffee shop with fun and friendly staff. They know their coffee and have delicious homemade cake. A total treat and one not to be missed if you love a bit of “you”time. Outside seating is cute and lets you spy on the interests of Brighton. Hot barista ????

Best coffee in Brighton and the cake slices are always giant and really tasty. It is a little small but in the summer it is nice to sit outside

Nice little place. Very good coffee. Of course you'll find almond, soy and oat milk here. Also they sell sweet cakes like red velvet and many more. You can sit outside on Sydney Street wich is very famous around here in Brighton. Good place to take a break, have a nice drink before continuing your shopping and wondering. Lovely staff and great customer service.

Very tiny and warm place. It was raining day and I was searching for a café in Sunday afternoon, and there's it. Homemade cakes and sweets. The staff, two guys, very friendly. I would like to go there more times in future.

Popular place offering a good range of tasty food, coffee and loose tea. Terrific cakes. Friendly efficient staff. Nice little garden out back adds to its charm. Quiet and cosy upstairs. Ideal for working on laptops. Sunny outside seating. Toilets out back. Useful late closing 19.00.

Well done! to pick here as my brunch place at my first visit to Brighton. The coffee was good, cakes and the cookies were well made with the hint of Sensibility. The interior was obviously giving off the scent of how many years have passed with the flow of time. This cafe knows not to show off , having what to show to prove how much they care about cakes and coffee. Except for the toilets, it was one of the places I'd like to visit again some time.

One of the best coffee shops in town. Good range of food options for vegan and lactose free. The coffee to take home is also one of the best independent coffee Roasters in the country.

Simply the best coffee I've ever had. I've travelled all through Northern Spain and that's pretty good! But...this is amazing! A grungy little place, but a hidden gem!

Caught up with a friend who i haven't seen since before lockdown. Had a good chat in a chilled vibe room of the cafe ???? my friend loved his mocca and I liked the tea (however the tea bags are not biodegradable, but I took it home to reuse) and the cake was good too!

Great, cozy place. Really nice coffee and drinks, in super cute mugs with great details. Nice place to stop by and relax in a warm, comfy environment, and even read for a while. Great location. Worth the money.

Insanely good coffee with the coolest branding. The cakes are rustic yet full of flavour. Especially loved the Almond Croissant. The staff are friendly and welcoming and very cool.

I went on Sunday afternoon, had some coffee and a slice of cake. 4 pounds for a salted caramel pumpkin cake, and it was positively huge - I started feeling full halfway through it. Lots of seats upstairs and a garden out back too. It was nice place to just chill and spend some time on my own.

Lovely coffee, scrummy cakes and music with soft cool vibes although it kept changing before songs finished which was a bit offputting but no biggie really. A perfect place for holing up on your own of a Friday night

Nice place, bonus point for the off street seating area at the back. Nice staff and a standard Brighton coffee shop menu with some good cakes and pastries. (Minus 1 star for inconsistency because I've been there a few times and one time my coffee was pretty bad, but it's been fine the other times so I'd still return because it's convenient and relaxed).

I bought the DR Congo - Sopacdi online. The coffee itself was great, matched the tasting notes well (although I realise this is extremely subjective), and had a good mouthfeel. They delivered cheaply, promptly and with good communication. Also, when I got in touch thinking they had delivered the wrong thing (because the sticker to seal the bag was for a different coffee), they responded within minutes and explained that's just what they use to seal all packs. Also the physical locations are great.

Cool little shop, friendly staff, wasn’t too busy when we visited. Had some tiffin which was tasty but very sweet. Tasty coffee and although a little pricy seemed to be similar to other less inviting shops in the same area. Worth checking out

Great coffee, the flat white has right amount coffee/milk. We had a brownee which was delicious. Room upstairs, so even if it looks small it fits a lot of people.

Simply great coffee. Tried the iced latte and black coffee from Kenya. Both were perfect. It is worth mentioning that their ratio of coffee to water is way to high for my taste (25g per 2 cups).

Perfect stop off before a browse of Brighton's streets. I had the orange polenta cake - delicious. My Mum (who is famously hard to please when it comes to coffee) gave her 'Long Black' a huge thumbs up.

That rare thing - a cafe that serves proper leaf tea as well as coffee. Extremely friendly staff. Great cakes and generous portions although I'd like to see one or two that don't have quite so much cream and icing. Maybe a fruit cake or trad Victoria Sandwich with just jam. But it's a great place.

Nice enough venue, in that delightfully gentrified pseudo ‘down at heel’ distressed old-school furniture-type way, but oh my crikey - £3.50 for a small cappuccino?! (50p surcharge for soya milk!). Don’t think I can afford to come back! ????

I visited this place on 31st March. I ordered an oat milk cafe latte. It was delicious. Ambiance was small and rusty... Not very clean I thought. Staff were down to earth and very helpful as well as very knowledgeable about their food offer. I would highly recommend this Cafe to anyone who wants to taste some seriously delicious coffee and and home made cakes.
