Unfortunately the tables had not been cleaned maybe for some time and, noticing that no one used the sanitizer whilst we sat yo enjoy our coffees, maybe someone should be on station to ensure this is done!!! Other shops do so!!

The cafe is located in a really good spot. But the reason its not a 5 star from me is because of the awful toilet.
Its very very small and cramped. I'm not that tall or big but even for me it was a task to get out of the toilet!
Like I'm pretty sure they have enough money to redo the toilets....

Services awful-!!!
I ordered tall size drink and I saw they charge to me grade size price. And They just don’t give me receipt . So when I asked whats happening. They just changed cup size tall to grade... No Apologize as well. So terrible service at all.

Good drink but while we were drinking coffee outside they pulled in the sun protector and left us in 30 degrees heat so we had the coffee on the go.

Nice branch of Starbucks located upstairs in Next Shoreham, the drinks are always delicious and filling, the staff are always polite and friendly, the only criticism I would have is that the cleanliness of the floors and tables could be better, this applies to a lot of Starbucks branches sadly

Dirty seats, people taking up seats without having a drinks, disgusting dirty place for a coffee. (That was inside).
Outside sitting, we counted nine people in total, not one had a drink.
Was my first and last visit.

Terrible iced coffee, staff member handed over with lid not on properly and went all over trousers and my mums scooter. Managed to get a refund but no offer of help to clear up. Terrible won't be back again.

Tables left dirty often, always very busy. Same selection of food and drink as the other Starbucks franchises. So good food and drinks has 2 floors so more chance to be able to find a seat

Haven't used the Brighton, Western Road, Starbucks for some months. Still slapdash, sloppy service, with the staff more focused on eachother than their customers. The teams in the Brighton
St. James and Landsdowne Place Hove stores are much more professional, welcoming, efficient and overall create a much better experience.

Asian woman can’t make coffee and she is called “coffee master”. I asked her to put a bit of ice to my chai latte and first time she gave me 100 ml of drink in 570 ml cup and she lauded about this. The second time she almost did ordinary drink (How i want) , but gave it with discontent.

Good coffee but poor service in a cluttered cafe.
Two staff were on. Ordered an americano with hot milk but received cold milk. My name was taken when I ordered but wasnt used when the coffee was made.
No sleeves appeared to be available for the coffee cups.

Busy Starbucks branch ideally located by Churchill Square shopping centre. Plenty of extra seating upstairs & a few on the pavement if it's nice enough to sit outside.

This has got to be the grottiest coffee shop in Brighton, if not the country. It’s an absolute disgrace, and filthy inside and out. The pavement outside, where there is seating, looks as if the only time it gets cleaned is when it rains. It’s an embarrassment for the town. I gave it one star because there is no option for no stars.

Starbucks at Churchill Square Brighton is a fantastic spot due to the hub of activity literaly right outside the front door. This is the Spot to catch any local bus

Although the cafe closes at 21:00 , the staff start to close the upper partition by 6 pm and they even clean the main floor at that time ;as if they push you out politely. so 21:00 or 22:00 close time is not an advantage in that place.
Level of cleanliness is a question as well

Very busy and dirty but my partner said the coffee stayed up to standard. Try and go upstairs to sit down. It's far more spacious and the seating is comfortable. The toilet was closed when we visited.

Found the staff quite rude, and had planned to stay for two coffees and work quietly on my laptop, until one of the staff came and shouted at the top of his voice that the upstairs was closed. Generally dirty with the staff standing behind the till chatting instead of taking care of customer orders.

To say this place was nice would be a lie. Could do within a good Old clean. Would be really handy if they also included toilet paper with their toilets. It’s seems if you ask the staff for loo roll it’s ok to say no, and it be completely exceptable. I’ll just grab my leaf then, forgot we lived in the wild.

This is the best best Starbucks in England! No matter how busy it is you still get your coffee fast and the staff is always happy and friendly, somehow they make 100x better coffees then other Starbucks! Their coffee is just perfect.

It is convenient to meet friends as it is opposite Churchill Square, would have given it two stars but my godless daughter works there so am being generous. Many better independent coffee shops selling better coffee and paying their taxes to choose.
