Walked in today without an appointment and Wendy on the counter went above and beyond..... my son was her last customer before 2pm and it was a complex one, she never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome..... after counters closed Wendy spent over 40mins on hold on the phone to deal with my son's problem, all the while helping other customers who had walked into the bank to help them access the various computers.... I would have preferred an opportunity to praise her through Barclays but it seems it only has a report a complaint not an option to recognise outstanding customer service. Thank you again.

Worst Bank in WB. 3 months for an appointment to open a joint account. Walked across the road to Natwest, seen within 25 mins.... staff don't care and unwilling to help. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Opening and closing times are terrible. Long wait times just to se a cashier. Don't bother......

Bank is open till 4:30 pm but cashdesk is closed at 3:00 pm . My questions is: what's the point of having bank open when one is not able to make any transaction?

Opening times are very short compared to other banks in West Bridgford and the parking needs to be sorted, non bank customers park there all day.
