Based on my experience with one of the customer advisor, i have no choice but rated this as disastrous branch, no customer service which bring bad image to its brand. Not even care about its customers request which lead to misplace my document on system then account closure. Its first time to deal with coop banking, and certainly will be last time. Not sure how long it will survive under this competitive financial market.
