Really good experience with my flat renting. They helped me find a new property, were really flexible with the viewings appointments and the times. They were really honest and always listened to my suggestions. Really professional service and all secure. Their office in Hackney gives a great customer service and they look after you. Will definitely recommend to rent with them. Also the state agent in charge if the Renting was really nice to us, he was really patient with us and never forced us to buy or to accept the property on the viewings like many others do. At the viewing appointment, when they describe the property they were honest and they didn't hide any detail or lied to us in order to sell, like many other agents do. I didn't find no issue at all with them. I felt really secure because they look after you and are interest on your needs and what are you looking for instead of just trying to make you fit in what ever house with bad conditions. Definitely the best Estate agent I've deal with so far!!!!!

Excellent service - very responsive and available and helped us to problem solve during a complicated chain. David also recommended us an excellent solicitor who has given us excellent highly responsive service too. We were able to sell our flat at a very competitive price which we are really pleased with. David also arranged us short term rental accommodation in the local area when the top of our chain got stuck - he clearly goes above and beyond what was expected and we highly recommend him to anyone selling in Clapton.

After months of searching for a house for my family with no success. I called the Castles office in Hackney regarding a house they were selling. From the first moment I spoke to Max right through to completion he was by far the best estate agent I've ever dealt with. My offer was relayed and accepted super quickly, and I was always able to get in touch with him whenever I needed to which was great as the whole house-buying process can be pretty stressful for first-time buyers.

I came to Castles in 2017 after losing both my parents very close together in 2016. I met David the manager and he was lovely. He got me started straight away!
The whole team are so friendly and supportive. I found that they are always ready and willing to help regardless.
I was so pleased when I met Max, he was so understanding of my situation and the fact I needed to sell up my parents old home very fast due to IHT reasons. He worked swiftly for me. Before I knew it I had more viewings then I thought possible in such a short space of time.
I always had loads of questions and needed help filling in forms etc and he was always to hand. I could email, call or pop in for a visit any time. Even when he was on holiday he was still very in the loop with my position.
Considering the really tough rough year that I’d been going through he just made it that much pain free in selling my parents house. Now it’s all complete I feel settled. Great rates that didn’t make my bank account cry. And a service like no other! Brilliant work!
Max I can’t thank you enough! Through the little bumps here and there that you smoothed out for me with no hassle and that you was always happy to help, to my panic attacks that you calmed, you really have been amazing!
You’ve made this very first experience for me a breeze. When it’s time to move again I know who I’ll come to.

Castles, helped ease what was an extremely challenging sale. I had never had to buy and sell together. I hurriedly put my property up for sale with another Estate Agents first, only to be totally let down by the property being overpriced and then slowly cut down. Castle's contacted me during this difficult period and I joined them as soon as I could. Max was incredible so focused and kind. David conducted all events with the utmost professionalism. Castles helped me sell my flat. I originally tried with an online agency but the wrong kind of buyers kept turning up - or cancelling! Went with castles at the same time and they gotta lots of people to view and found a buyer quickly. The selling process was a bit of a nightmare so it was good to have Max at castles to mediate and help move things along. I think he earned that money by the end of the process!

I sold my house through Castles, having purchased it through them a few years earlier. The second time round it was a new team. David, the branch manager, was excellent and I liked him from our first meeting. We agreed a good strategy and, despite a Brexit time lag, it broadly worked. Max was my day to day contact and in charge of the sale. I had tenants in the property and they were a handful but he managed them perfectly. We got a good number through the door in the end and the right buyer was found. Good advice and customer service from both. Good fee structure as well. All round we were very pleased to have used them.

I have just sold my property with castles and I rarely leave reviews for any businesses but I have to say they were absolutely fantastic . I have sold many properties in the past and you here the usual spill from cocky estate agents but David and his team at Castles were honest from the valuation to the day of completion and managed some very difficult issues with the sale . The communication was second to none and both Max and Josh were very much up to speed with my requirements and had great knowledge of the area and my property when conducting viewings .

Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!
I strongly and highly recommend this extremely efficient "Estate Agents" any day. I first met with David Sipple (Branch Manager) in July 2017. He is a very polite and professional Guy, has lots of experience in this field and certainly knows what he is talking about. Just wish I had listened to him from the outset. David gave me an accurate estimate of what my flat was worth but I didn't listen, so went elsewhere for my flat to be advertised at a much higher price. Days, Weeks and Months passed away - but to no avail. I did have people viewing my flat, but no one made an offer. Meanwhile, David didn't give up on me. He kept calling for an update and told me he knows the current market and honestly doesn't believe my flat would sell for that high price. To cut the long story short, I took David's advice and let him advertise my flat via Castles and at his suggested price which was still within my estimated budget anyway.
Astonishingly, my flat was sold by the Castles just after 10 days of them placing it on the market and I have now moved into my new semi-detached house. I'm still flabbergasted!
There were only two (2) people who reviewed my flat and one of them (Cash buyer) bought it. Wow!
David also has a fantastic team who are very polite and great to work with. I must also mention Max Whatley (Sales Negotiator) who David assigned my case to deal. He was always keeping me posted with the progression and explained each stage of the process step by step since it was my first time of selling a flat. If you're looking for a reliable and honest Estate Agency - please look no further.... Castles will do the job to satisfactory so you can relax. I can't stop singing their praises and have been spreading the word to my friends and family ever since. Thanks once again David, you and your team. I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Exceptional. I doubt I'm alone when I say that my previous dealings with Estates agents (particularly in London) has been less than enjoyable (understatement) and quite frankly exhausting.
From the moment I walked in to Castles to the moment I was handed my keys Josh and the team were fantastic.
They will not waste your time with 'stock' they want to get off the shelf and actually tailor the search for you.
Josh was honest with the upsides and the things to consider before making an offer for the properties - I didnt have to sift through emails of rubbish. It was a breath of fresh air.
Furthermore I worked with their referred solicitors and mortgage broker - equally fantastic.
If you have the choice of selling or buying with Castles - Josh, David and the team are the guys for the job.
