Wes Mohamed was the letting agent who showed us around to various apartments and he was basically with us from the start of our moving journey to the end.
Wes was extremely professional and gave us the impression that he knew what he was doing. We gave Wes our specification for an apartment (which were really specific) and Wes did an amazing job to ensure that any of apartments we were viewing in the future met our specification as much as possible.
Any questions we had regarding the apartments were answered and anything that Wes did not know he made it clear that he will find the answer and get back to us which he did. This is something that I appreciate as it shows that the agent is honest/transparent, as oppose to other experiences I had where an agent was scared to not know answers to my questions and told me something that was not true.
I would work with Savills again in the future and recommend others since this was a great experience for me.

Highly, highly recommended. We had our flat on the market with 2 other agents before we went with Savilles (Shoreditch). Gavin Kennedy was our agent. He was constantly making time for us, dealing with solicitors and was always reassuring through what should have been a highly stressful process. Wes Mohamed was an amazing help both before, during and after finding my flat. Being COVID times, I was away and he was more than willing to go take video, even took me on a live walkthru via FaceTime.
