Rafal Majewski digitally showed me a property during the Christmas lockdown.
He was extremely responsive, informed and personable, taking time to answer all of my questions and providing additional video and photographic evidence. This was so valuable and helped me to establish a very clear understanding of the suitability of the property . His knowledge of the property and of the surrounding area was excellent.
Very quickly and carefully, over the phone and by email, he helped me to provide a strong and successful tenancy application and was in regular contact, keeping me abreast of all developments and requirements. His liaison skills were excellent and created reassurance and confidence.
In person, Rafal was punctual, smart, polite and extremely attentive whilst showing me around the property before the move in. He also followed Covid-secure protocols.
Rafal and the business continue to support the final aspects of the move, answering minor questions and helping me to build a smooth, and mutually agreeable dialogue with the landlord. This aspect, alongside providing digital detail and responsive communication is so important and is what customers really value.
Rafal is a credit to Felicity J Lord Canada Water and a talented property consultant and negotiator . I would definitely recommend him and this company in the future.
