Went to drop of a set of keys. The receptionist was welcoming. However I had asked by name for a member of staff whom I've never met before. This staff approached me without introducing themselves which I see as quite unprofessional to say the least. They seem quite unaware of other staffs in other branches.
So let's see how we get on for me to change my ratings.

David and Nam were brilliant. We tried to sell through PurpleBricks - that was a complete waste of time and we got barely any viewings. We then tried through another estate agent that was cheaper than Foxtons - that was a waste of time too. Finally we went with Foxtons and they sold our flat within a week of being online. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. From the point the sale was agreed they were responsive and helpful. Really great service

David was amazing, he showed me around last Saturday and was punctual, courteous, friendly and given the times adhered to masks / gloves and made me feel very safe.
We had a really good chat and he was extremely well informed and prepared for all 3 viewings.
He was very empathetic to my needs and provided a human interaction to this house search.
Too often (actually for many other estate agencies), it seems to be 10 mins and out or super aggressive agents who "know better than you".
I look forward to going on more viewings with David and Foxtons London Bridge and hope to find the right house soon!

My husband and me had a brilliant experience with Foxtons London Bridge - not only once, but twice! We are now in the progress of purchasing our second property through them and have experienced both times a very responsive, detail oriented and focused service on getting things done. As buyer you are sometimes very aware that the agency earns commission from the seller so there might be naturally less incentive to look after the buyer. But not with Foxtons and that’s why we have gone back with confidence and trust that they will look also after us. Thank you to David who has been pushing ahead relentlessly our first purchase and Chris for helping to agree the price while we were still in the first lockdown. And thank you to Gabor who has made the finding and agreeing on a purchase price this second time so fast and easy that it was literally done within 4-5 days.

Gabor Szucsik understood what I was looking for in my flat purchase very quickly (after only one-or-two viewings) therefore was extremely focussed in the properties he referred to me. This resulted in us finding two suitable flats in less than a month - the first, we couldn't agree the price, the second will be my first flat!
Once we had found the flat, he was very helpful in guiding me through the next stages, and remained heavily involved throughout the purchase process - dealing with both my and the sellers' solicitors - to ensure we got the sale through.

The worst agency I have to deal with since 4 years in London.
We are in the flat since 3 weeks now. A list with more than 20 issues in the flat when we arrived on (wooden floor broken, fridge tray broken, no hot water, bath blocked, carpet disgusting, cleaning non-professional, flush not working, light bulbs broken, no informations about the flat, the code of the digicode, and the communal area, window handle broken...). The cleaning was not done properly (with people smoke weed in the flat in the past) and some issues was already reported in our contract but nothing done! No hot water in this cold season with a baby of 2 years old and since 3 weeks we're exchanging e-mails but we just waist our time! It's a shame to pretend to be the biggest agency in London and to have this kind of employees and this standard of work.
I don't recommend Foxtons to anyone wants to settle in a flat without stress and without problem.

Horrible quality service, we are waiting for our windows to be replaced for the last 5 months and nothing gets done.
Their engineering teams are unprofessional, electricians come to your house without any idea what they need to do and how to check your meters even.
Will never rent a property via this agency, landlords - also please avoid. As it will really make your tenants unhappy.

Really terrible property management. We rented a flat, and when we came to move in the place was disgusting. There were leftovers in the fridge, trash everywhere, and other people's personal belongings in our closets and shelves. It took three weeks for Foxtons to send over a "pre-tenancy" cleaning service. They refused to do a check-in, which is a clear breach of contract, and leaves room for a questionable check out and return of the deposit. Our property manager was rude, would tell us to "Google it" anytime we would come to her with an issue.
Overall Foxtons is an irresponsible company, who does not care about the tenants.

My husband and I are very dissappointed with unprofessional staff. They came to the apartment banging the door for viewing without giving a notice. They only care about the landlord and they just intruded the house by getting the key from the landlord. My husband arranged another date but they did not even respond. How can they come to the property without the notice or an aproval of the tenant who lives there? This is outrageous.

David Ernoult from the London Bridge office was so helpful and reliable - he'd always respond to any queries we had as quickly as he could. He worked hard to make sure we were always in the loop with what was happening - even when our own solicitors weren't responding or didn't know what was going on! He definitely made the buying process so much smoother and reduced our stress.
At the viewing itself he wasn't pushy, answered all our questions honestly and gave us time to consider, which we really appreciated. He also took time out of his own weekend to allow us to have a second viewing with short notice.

A really dissatisfied customer here that will simply go elsewhere. I would not waste my time with Foxtons.... they want to sell you any property, even if it doesn't meet any of your needs.. It's amazing how poor my experience was...

Contract fell through ten days before we were meant to move in, after six weeks of waiting and having signed the agreement and paid the deposit. Foxtons were unable to help us to find us another property and didn't offer any additional support or compensation. Would not recommend.

Foxtons London Bridge just managed a sale of our apartment. They worked together with Alexander Hall (their in house mortgage adviser that was arranging a mortgage release + a new mortgage for the buyers). We firmly believe the company was protecting interests of the buyers (who worked with their mortgage adviser) in this case rather than the seller/ours. We have done >10 transactions in London in the past and understand the buying & selling process fairly well.
Long story short the whole sale was managed to a completion date that precisely suited the buyers (to the specific date) whilst leaving us hanging throughout the process that saw a delay of 1.5 months for no good reason (explanation: "a document that Santander normally sends in two days is now taking ~3 weeks to deliver").
Foxtons refused repeatedly to re-market the property despite our repeated requests throughout the process - which ultimately gives greater power to the buyer as the Spring window for selling is closing and you are just left wondering whether the buyer will proceed or not.
All in all, we felt cheated in the process after paying a ridiculous fee for this service. Still don't understand how a lawyer can earn £800 for a sale and an agent £16.2k on the same apartment when not even monitoring the case correctly (assured us multiple times 'they cannot see exchange happening past end of May' which led us to losing £4.5k in rent elsewhere where we served notice early to tenants).
The case will be passed to the financial ombudsman office as I don't trust their internal reviews.
My advice is -> if you have a choice, then avoid them. If you are already stuck with them, don't take their advice throughout the process and demand they work in line with your (not their) expectations/instructions, especially if this is not your first transaction. You are paying them, not the buyer (even if they want to take advantage of the fact that it is a buyer's market at the moment and their mortgage broker may want to win additional business by promising to work closely with the estate agent).
