We just completed on the sale of my mother's house. The customer service from the first telephone call requesting a valuation right through to completion has been excellent. Mr Sipple made himself available to answer all our questions throughout the process which meant the sale went through smoothly and with minimal stress.

Josh Newton was an absolute superstar when I was searching for my property. He was proactive, helpful and informative. Josh showed that he really knew and understood what I was looking for, and in the end found me my perfect property.

We moved to crouch end over 10 years ago, and it was Sandro of castles who helped with purchasing the property we recently sold. Over this period I have rented the property and now sold the flat, again all with Sandro’s invaluable help. Sandro has always had our best interests at heart and this has shown with his dedication and commitment in finding us the right tenants, and now a buyer for our property. During a lengthy negotiation period in selling our property, from offer, through acceptance and to completion Sandro was on hand at any time to help where he could. Our property had been listed with other agents in the area, but honestly the level of service offered by Sandro was unmatched. We have trusted castles and Sandro, and they have never seen us wrong at any point. We have just sold a house in London E5 through Castle's in Lower Clapton Road. We couldn't have had a better service, and felt that every penny of the fee was deserved. David Sipple of their office came round within 90 minutes of our first calling, brought three potential buyers round the next working day (one of whom ended up buying the property), remained exceptionally helpful, proactive and easy to contact throughout the transaction, doing things like organizing a gardening consultant's visit at short notice when a particular question came up, and gave immediate and sensible advice whenever we asked for it. We are 100% satisfied and would recommend Castle's and David to anyone.

The Castles team I worked with closely (Josh and David) and the contractors and third parties they recommended were all absolutely excellent. Buying property is almost always a stressful process but they did their utmost to make sure things ran smoothly and were never the cause of any issues and never contributed to that stress.
They are constantly professional and attentive and kept me well informed throughout the process, they helped me through the entire process and beyond and I would thoroughly endorse their services to anyone who may need them, and I wouldn't hesitate to re-use them in the future.

David valued our house and his valuation was nearest the price we eventually got. We actually went with another agent to start with, as they had sold our property to us and were very convincing, but he rightly predicted that we'd end up back with Castles eventually - and indeed that's what happened. He kept in contact throughout the process to understand how things were going, without putting any pressure on. I’m finding it difficult to write this review, clumsily typing with one hand while the other tightly grips the keys to our new (dream) rental. This predicament is all down to the lovely Craig and Josh at Castles. My past experience as a tenant has taught me to view letting agents with a combination of suspicion, exasperation and a simmering loathing, so it was almost startling to encounter these two kind, friendly, thoroughly decent guys. If our experience so far is anything to go by I’m sure our tenancy will be a very pleasant one indeed. I’ve told them they are welcome to come and cartwheel with us around our home anytime they like.

I am a first time buyer and Max was incredibly supportive as he was hard working when acting as my estate agent.
He understood almost immediately the sort of property I was interested in. And explained each stage of the process in thorough detail which was very reassuring during - what can be - a stressful period.
Max was always at the end of the phone and was considerate to both the vendor and me the buyer, facilitating good communication up until completion date. I would highly recommend him.

Achieved the full asking price in tough market conditions. How so? By sheer hard work, rather than hard sell (which puts buyers off anyway) and a customer friendly approach. They were incredibly flexible on times for viewings, doing some viewings after 6pm in order to get potential buyers to see the place. They promised to give an update every Monday and did so. Excellent work and excellent service.

Josh at Castles was brilliant right from the start. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't bombard me with sales calls so when he asked me to view a property that had no details on, I wouldn't have normally gone, but I trusted him and I'm so pleased I did - I'm writing this sitting in my new home now!
Throughout the process he kept me informed, kept things moving, and he was friendly and professional. The buying/selling process isn't easy but it's a lot better with an agent like Josh - I recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an agent.
