Martina was truly fantastic. She knows the local area personally and so was able to add a far more personal touch than anyone else we've dealt with in London (of which there have been many!). Martina in fact, in such an outstanding agent that it is worth dealing with Foxtons Hackney if only to have the ease of experience which Martina will provide. We would definitely recommend this agency, and Martina in particular. You will be well looked after - and also unusually able to do multiple viewings on one evening, rather than wasting time throughout the week.

Martina was extremely kind to show us multiple flats in the area of Dalston, providing us with a range of flats available within our budget and requirements. We were very thankful she was able to show us a variety of flats in one evening, as this gave us more choice and saved time going from viewing to viewing. Quick one about Rav, what a guy!!! Was professional, helpful, supportive, but not too pushy from the start.
Where there were a lot of moving parts communication from him was great, and I know he worked hard behind the scenes to make sure I didn't have to stress.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Devon who showed us around our future home. He gave us the time to view the property at our own pace, was friendly and knowledgeable and did not try to apply any pressure or sales tactics during the viewing.
Following the viewing, we liaised with Devon who helpfully assisted us through the offer stage. We were then put into contact with Stan, the Lettings Manager, who progressed our offer incredibly quickly and we were able to sign for the flat less than 3 hours after viewing.
Overall, a remarkably easy and stress free experience; I would recommend both Devon and Stan to all.
