Friendly young reception staff who are attentive and efficient. Waiting area is clean, comfortable and stocked with magazines and sweetie to ease the wait time. Internal coffee shop near reception and refreshment stations dotted around the building. Unisex toilets can lead to a surprising encounter if you are not alive to what is possible. Rooms are generally a good size although there is the odd cupboard with a shelf, plug outlets and two chairs squeezed in.

It's a good co-working space, variety of spaces, clean (not the members bar area anyways), there's free coffee and tea. Usually cold mostly and sometimes their receptionist tend to forget your request (you've to keep following up). But I guess it's worth the money overall.

it does what it says on the tin. No frills office spaces for when required. Anonymous interior design. Large reception area with efficient reception. Good views of River Thames, looking g towards the iconic Battersea Power Station. Very close to Vauxhall Transit Hub.

Do not come here. Lifts haven't worked since we moved in, literal sewerage construction site outside out window for 6 months (without them telling us before we signed a contract), and so many short cuts that it just feels like they're after every penny at any cost. Staff are really lovely, though!

July 2019:
Update. Would say 2.5 if I could.
Pros:
• The view is great!
• The temperature regulation is a blessing (when it works)
• New coffee machine on first floor
• Some of the staff are doing a good job at making it all work
• The interior is modern and pleasant
• Unisex toilets. Nice and modern
Cons:
• First floor windows don't open
• Aircon was down for about a month. Had a terrible drama getting the management to take it serious as we hit 29 degrees in our office. Thank goodness it didn't happen when there was a heat wave! We had very low oxygen levels and we couldn't open the windows. The management was being all political and apologizing but nothing was really happening. ”Junior” management members of staff helped to minimise the problem.
• The gym plays really loud music and drops weights that makes the building shake. Complained multiple times about the gym noise. It's been almost a year and it has only now gotten a bit better.
• There are never glasses or cups left first floor after lunch. This might be because people with access to the showers on first floor grabs a cup of coffee on their way to the floor where they work.
• First floor often runs out of milk and coffee beans on Friday afternoons.

I absolutely love this new office space. It has a great cafe on the ground floor, a gym, a bar on the 11th floor and the 12th floor is a roof terrace which is just gorgeous in the sunshine. Many a lunch time has been spent up there enjoying the views of London.

Lovely deco building refurbished into somewhat modern features. Great views over the thames. Exclusive roof top access. Great people, Susanne has more energy than a nuclear reactor. One let down is the standard of their drinks & snacks offering. Other locations have Nespresso machines, soft drinks and snacks.
Update: turns out once you're here it's more like thanks for the money. You will not have member benefits and as for event space, I would look at wework. Cos here it will cost you the same as renting out a room in the shard. Ridiculous pricing for everything and no care about the members. Will be moving back to wework. Staff just don't look happy or eager to help.
Seemed to have turned off the heating to save money. For a month now people are walking around with scarves and wearing their coats. It's pretty pathetic really
