The cashier has refused to receive post office service. They just keep saying to come back later bc they don't want to do post office office service after 17h. Even the most simple service. What's the point to say that's open until 20h then? It used to work... But some people are not interested in to do what they are paid for...

Exemplary service. During my visit to post several parcles, the owner was friendly, helpful, and welcoming to every customer. His opening hours are convenient, and the shop sells a variety of both postal supplies, snacks, drinks, and more.

The people on the post office are nice and work well. The man serving out front likes to insult my physical appearance everytime I go in because I have red hair. This is rude and absolutely not on ussually I ignore it but today was a personally hard day for me and he had me in tears as I left.he needs to be sacked.

Awful, the man serving me was like a moody teenager whose had his ps4 and his vape pen confiscated. Didn't even acknowledge me when paying and spoke to other employees about me while I was waiting.

I have found the Staff in the Post office department to be very helpful and polite, I am Disabled and have difficulty with people yet even though I am not very quick with my transactions still the Staff are Polite and helpful, the Shop part of the business yet again the Staff are Very Polite no matter how busy they are you always get a smile and a thank you from the staff. I have read some of the reviews on here and I can't believe it is the same place they are reviewing ! I have seen the Staff verbally abused yet they are still Polite ! I can only think the other reviewers have been to a different shop!

The webside says,they are opened till 8pm but when I went and asked to get some service, the man at the front said thatI have to come between 9 - 5PM when is the post office opened. This hapend today and last year too. They still haven't changed the website

Post office hours incorrect they seem to make up their opening time as they feel on the day. Been several times when post office at the back was already closed before 5 and the guy at the shop does not open the post office till ever even though it said opening hours till 8pm. He also thinks he is very funny but his just being unprofessional.

Firstly Google have got the openings hours wrong. The Post Office part closes at 8pm.
That's Monday to Saturday anyway, have used a few times. Not as yet encountered rudeness.
I had to pay something in and as it was gone 7pm had to use the shop area to pay.
The person who served me didn't seem trained to do the transaction.
She was pleasant to deal with but not sure if she was a trained post office worker?

The worst post office I've ever visited, wrongly posted 3 out of 5 items I've put through this placed and overcharged for 2. Put cash into my bank only to realise when I got home that it had been withdrawn, once I went back the staff asked for a receipt which I'd misplaced and it was only when I threatened to demand their CCTV of the transaction 5 minutes ago did they honour it, only to attempt to deposit the amount once! (I gave them cash + they withdrew it so I was down over £300). Staff are utterly incompetent if it even was a genuine accident.

Unprofessional advisors and very rude . Two ladies work on Saturday don't know how to proceed a simple transaction and very very rude to answer people . If you can't be trained to deal poiltly with public please leave your place to someone more professional and polite
Will never go there and this is not the first time they always luke that . Local nighbors stopped to go to this post office because of the staff rudeness and unprofessionalilty . So sad to see the post office managed with ignorance people. DON'T GO THERE

Usually a massive queue but staff are friendly and helpful enough! There is a post office counter at the front of the shop open into the evening when the main counter has closed albeit with limited services available.
