Had a great experience at the Loughborough store.
I recently purchased a Focus from the ford store in Nottingham only for the indicator bulb to blow within a week.
Not knowing how to fit it or what bulb I needed, I called Ford who told me that I would have to wait nearly a month for them to replace it.
A quick trip to Halfords solved the issue though, as I was quickly seen and the bulb replaced. Unfortunately I didn’t get the guys name but he was really friendly, handled my car with care and also was really knowledgeable.
After the bulbs were replaced and we tested them, the lights didn’t turn on but this particular staff member knew a possible cause. So he went above and beyond the fitting procedure and managed to get them working again, saving me a lot of time and hassle.

Friendly and talkative staff, spoke to three members all were great! I needed my scooter tire put on the wheel and i was moving the next day, one young man completed it for me on the same day (its no easy task, these tires are not user friendly), and my scooter now works perfectly, thanks for the help guys!

Visited Halfords in Loughborough to get a headlight bulb changed. Also had a complete check of car, battery, tyres, all lights etc.
No waiting and Joe was very efficient explaining everything in a friendly manner.
During covid with all necessary safety measures taken I would definitely recommend Halfords.

Bike service - I was sent a receipt of £36.99 and then asked to pay £41.99 at the till, they said it was because they attached the mud guard back to my bike and charged me £5 to do so, when I did not ask for this. They told me I would get a phone call when the bike was ready and it would be on the same day. All I got was an invoice at 7.26pm that night and no phone call, so had to come back the next day.

Excellent service given (28/5/20) I had an issue with damaged locking wheel nuts and a puncture. The issue was dealt with efficiently by Caroline and the team in a friendly manner.
This person has helped me previously (2019) with a query in respect of recharging an AC system and was equally knowledgeable and helpful.
