Bought a tablet a few months ago , they said will help me with any problem or updates , after a while the apps stopped to work properly, when I contacted diagnostic central said that they can't help me anymore because I ignored their instructions about updates. Finally they make me idiot .

Bought a tablet a few months ago for my business and really helped me out. Hadn't had any problems until today when I needed help scanning a Corsa that came through and had a lovely talk with Holly who connected through my tablet to help sort my problem out. Not the first time I've spoke to customer support, always fast to respond.

Tech support people are great, however the product is poor.
I bought a wow unit and most of the time it won't connect to the vehicle, when it does it doesn't read the faults that I know are there. My cheap vgate tool works a lot more often and reads codes that the wow misses.
Overall very disappointed.

this company is diabolical the vci;s are made in china and not germany so they arent genuine .a genuine vci from delphi is around £800 not a few quid .my tablet went down on no less than 8 times wanting a verification code all the time .i upgraded to a 2017 version with them it worked for a month then went down again the system just crashes all the time and each time they re do it via team veiwer it got worse loosing bits of memory . ive now had a genuine delphi one .so do yourself a favour and save up for a genuine one and not this rubbish
