Ravi who works at Sony Centre Harrow was absolutely fantastic and went above any beyond my expectations because he stayed behind after hours to make sure I could pay for and secure the exact TV I wanted and even managed to have my TV set up and installed the following day. He was great to talk to on the phone and I cannot recommend Ravi and the Sony Centre Harrow store highly enough. Awesome service 5 stars!!!

Fantastic service. I ordered a 75" Sony TV yesterday and it turned up at 08.20 this morning. Two very helpful delivery drivers saw it in through the door and helped me inspect it for damage. Also dealt with Ravi on a follow up call who was also very helpful. Highly recommended.

I spent a number of weeks researching and then visiting various TV retailers when we needed to buy a new TV recently. I concluded that the best place for us to buy our new TV was the Sony Centre in Harrow due to the excellent customer service and product knowledge of Ravi who works there. I am very happy with the decision and can highly recommend that you pay them a visit if you need new a TV or music equipment.

Excellent store and amazing TV's. My Dad has brought a number of TV's from this store over a good number of years and has always been impressed with how excellent the service has been, he has developed a great relationship with them that they know him by name whenever he calls or goes there, especially Ravi. My sister and I have now got TV's from there and we now will not buy anything other than Sony. Ravi is exceptional, he knows his stuff and we now have a great relationship with him too, he even remembered all the TV's my Dad has brought. I cannot rate Ravi and this store high enough, definitely recommend to anyone.

Excellent service. Our TV was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it had been broken in transit. I phoned Ruwan, who arranged for it to be picked up & replaced. One of his staff delivered it and was very helpful. Ruwan then phoned the next day to check everything was O.K. Highly recommend.

I called Harrow Sony center to ask why my laptop can't find the battery. The gentleman didn't want to listen to me at all. Very impatient. Very rude. He hanged the phone up. I would give -5 stars for this service. I will try not to buy Sony products in the future.

The staff will always help you find the right solution and provide you all the support they can. They price match with online prices and provide quick delivery. TVs, consoles, earphones and speakers, we always get them from here.

I visited Harrow Sony Centre a last week, there customer service Is second to none, very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me decide on fantastic OLED Sony TV and Soundbar solution after a very poor experience at Curry's.
The Sony Centre offered a fast delivery and did a tidy installation job. I would highly recommend them during lockdown.
