I had a consultation with Dr Haq and although he was not rude I did not find him very friendly either. My consultation was rushed and the whole experience with him was awful. I also found Sonia who happens to be the skin specialist quite patronising and at times very abrupt. I will be taking my business else where.

(*** Attention to issue) After a lovey consultation with a cosmetic clinic (which I won't name simply because I don't want that to affect this review), ***I called cosmedocs in hopes of arranging a consultation for lip filler, jaw reduction and a few other more personal treatments I won't mention (non-surgical). The phone rang for a few minutes before a gentleman picked up. I asked to arrange a consultation, to which he obviously asked if I was already a patient with them. When I said no, he asked how old I was. I replied honestly, saying that I was 19. I feel his tone became a lot more harsh and his answers short, as if I was a complete waste of time and calling for the sole purpose of annoying him. ***He then very patronisingly told me that they don't treat those under 21 (which is fine, each clinic holds their own policy). However he then began to tell me they wouldn't see me even if I had a note from my parents, treating me as if I was some 14 year old trying to pull a fast one on him. Also that their clinic is of such a high standard that they take these things seriously, which I appreciate. But how does THEIR QUALITY OF SERVICE depend on the age of someone that is already a legal adult? Not only do I not live with my parents and haven't for many years, my cosmetic procedures as legal adult have NOTHING to do with them. I work and live in South Kensington and thought that the customer service was appalling. Also the implication that my parents have any involvement or would have to give me a ***"signed permission or consent form". I have black-listed this clinic and won't be seeing them EVER. Perhaps they thought I was lying about my age or due to my age wasn't willing to spend £3,500+ on non-surgical procedures, but they are wrong to have made that assumption. However I was concerned that this policy might be one the UK forces on clinics (as the man on the phone gave me little information). This compelled me to call the clinic of DR Rita Rakus, a leading doctor in the UK for lip fillers. Her receptionist was charming and explained that they would be happy to see me and were shocked to hear I was turned down because I was 19. She promptly organised a free consultation for me the following day. This clinic has good reviews and they're relatively inexpensive but my first interaction with them was so bad I would suggest going elsewhere because this can only been seen as a warning or red-flag for the service I would have experienced if I went to them. I gave this 2 stars as I can't comment on the doctors themselves or quality of cosmetic service, only their rude and dismissive, also patronising staff.

All my friends and family appreciated the subtle change in my appearance which give me naturally enhanced look. My lips look naturaly plump and full with well-defined contours and it boosted my confidence level. Thank you CosmeDocs for such natural results and concern they showed. I will definitely go again for repeat treatment and i highly recommend it for lip enhcament treatment n I think that their other cosmetic treatments will also be as good as this one!

Excessive sweating and perspirantion made my life extremely difficult. It considerably affected my social and work life. I was welcomed warmly and cordially by the staff there who directed me towards the clinic of Dr. Haq. He had a pleasant and friendly personality and he briefed me all about the hyperhidrosis treatment with Botox. Good this was he was not in a rush, as he patiently answered all my concerns. Then finally i decided to have the treatment. it was almost painless and without any discomfort. In almost 2-3 days there was a marked decrease in sweating and perspiration and results improved in a week. i am extremely happy with Botox for hyperhidrosis treatment that i got from CosmeDocs. They helped me to regain my confidence and enjoy my social life to the fullest.

Not the only place I have been for botox, but it's the only place I'll go now.

For price which was told me on the phone £275.00 but don't know which doses I will pay for. 1 ml or 0.5 And £50.00 For consultation and treatment 3 area botox it's not enough.
