I visited 111 Harley St for a General Skin Consultation and I found the Staff very welcoming, especially Cassandra she was so friendly, attentive and upbeat. She provided me with all the information I needed and selected the best Practioner called Mellissa. I felt very comfortable and looked after.

I had few treatments with them since 2015. They are really professional and the nurse is in very good skills. I had my Botox with Karishma several times and she’s really nice and patient. And also the consultant Viorica, she is very helpful and patient.
