I recently went to Dr Milo to get my tear troughs done and was extremely nervous as I do not like needles. Him and his team made me feel so comfortable and eased my anxiety. The procedure was completely pain free and I am in love with the result. It is very natural and subtle but makes a huge difference and I have had so many compliments. I have recommend the Milo Clinic to all of my friends and family and can now totally agree with his price point. His PA was super helpful and made the process very easy for me and helped me with all my queries after the procedure. I am very happy and can't wait to see him soon!

I'll admit I was nervous about using fillers. I waited for months, read many articles for and against it and researched the best clinics. I settled on the Milo Clinic because of it positive reviews and I wanted to be in safe hands. Dr Nick was kind and honest and I was immediately put at ease. I had under-eye filler as I had quite dark rings and I was really nervous about it because it's such a delicate area, but it was painless and quick and the results were fantastic! The next day I could clearly see the difference, the area was far less depressed and the shadows were significantly reduced. I also had filler to my jaw line to remove the appearance of sagging skin around the mouth. This was slightly tender, but Dr Nick was so quick, all the while chatting away to distract you and in no time it was done. Again the result were great, it looked like I had pulled the skin back at my ears, giving my cheeks a lift! The results have slowly started to wear off a year later, as expected, and I am looking forward to a return visit when I can next travel to London. In short, Dr Nick offers a safe and expert pair of hands, an honest appraisal and excellent results.

I have been seeing Nick for 12 years and he is worthy of the title Botox King! Subtle, lifting, 10 years off. Start sooner than later and you will reap the benefits in later life. Also had filler with Nick and again very natural and smooths out any unwanted lines or eye bags. I have never known him be anything but considerate and diligent. He is a master of his craft and worth every penny.

I recently went to the Milo Clinic for fillers in my tear trough and the hollows under my cheeks. Dr Milo made me feel relaxed and at total ease all the way through the process. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, everyone has said I look so much healthier and fresher. I highly recommend!

I had a tear though treatment and botox treatment with Dr Milojevic few months ago. Since it was my first time I was anxious and afraid. I am happy to say that Dr Milojevic was very fantastic. He put me at ease, he explained to me all the process. The procedure was quick and painless. I did experience some light bruising after the tear through treatment. But after a couple of days I could see already the improvement. Results look natural. I strongly recommend Dr Milojevic.

After researching and reading reviews, I went to Dr. Nick and he is fantastic. An extremely knowledgeable and experienced doctor, and a friendly and warm person. I did my tear troughs and I am very pleased with the results! No downtime was needed!

A wonderful experience. Dr. Milo was honest and actually talked me out of having botox on my brow. The procedure he did did carry out was painless and the results were excellent. I have since recommended Milo Clinic to and number of friends and will be returning myself in the near future.

Being tired of people always saying that I look like I need more sleep I've decided to take courage and to try to sort out my under eye bag problem non surgically. Surgical solution is not an option for me ( too scarred) so this was my only chance. I'm so glad now that I've decided to go ahead with the treatment. Transformation after the treatment is beautiful and after years I feel delight when I look at myself in the mirror when I wake up. I was really anxious before the treatment, it's a very sensitive area and I've read a few stories online that I didn't like, but after chatting with a nice lady over the phone I felt reassured and felt that I'm making a good decision. Meeting the doctor was a nice experience, he explained everything in details, made me feel at ease and finished the treatment within 10 minutes. It was almost painless and the results were amazing. I did have some swelling and bruising on the spot but the results ware instant. The swelling and bruising lasted for few weeks, but after everything settled down I was really happy with the results. If I could give a negative review I would. I have tear troughs. Dr Milo said i was a very good candidate and they would no longer be visible. After treatment they looked great for a week but the filler moved on both sides and they looked much worse. I returned to the practice and I was persuaded that a little massage would rectify the issue. The massage was very vigorous, but I really wanted this to work so I persevered. A few days later the filler moved, it was worse than ever. A total waste of time and money.

The Milo Clinic is excellent and highly recommended. I have received Botox and filler treatments from Nick for almost 10 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented, I know that he will always provide an honest and professional opinion. I visit 3 to 4 times a year and always with amazing results.

Over 3 years and the Perlane (far too thick molecular structure for such a delicate area) that was used in the tear-trough area is still there in thick, long ridges - how this charlatan is allowed to keep practising is beyond comprehension.

I saw a recent article in Tatler about the Milo clinic and decided to go and see Dr Milojevic. I was terrified as I had never had any fillers before he was so gentle and reassuring, I would highly recommend him especially if you are nervous! I had the tear trough treatment and honestly don’t know why I waited so long, I’ve received so many compliments and no one can work out why I look so well considering I have a new born! It’s so natural! Two weeks later I had my lips done again amazing results and great clinic. Highly recommended!!

I’d wanted lip fillers for quite a while having naturally very thin lips and feeling a bit insecure about it. My mum goes to his clinic and is very happy with his treatments so she recommended me. It was my first time getting anything done so I was a little nervous. Dr Nick was nice, yes the consultation was perhaps a little rushed and it was more just him talking at me but he clearly knew what he was talking about, told me that my top lip was actually uneven and that we could correct that whilst adding volume. He did offer me a choice of either having the area numbed or doing without, but numbing would include four injections which would almost be just as painful and take time, I could tell he would rather me do without so I said that would be ok. It was horrificly painful!! Honestly the most painful thing I’ve probably ever had done and I’ve had a lot of dental work and other operations. The result was fine, I liked it, there was such a small amount put in there wasn’t a huge amount of difference, but the idea is that you build it up over time. The reason I guess I wouldn’t give this a great review is that Ive had fillers since, and they put numbing cream on without even asking, while I was waiting for my appointment to give it time to work. The procedure was barely painful at all as the area was numb! I told that surgeon how I’d previously had it done without any numbing stuff and he was horrified, said ‘no we wouldn’t do that to you it’s torture!’ The price I paid was around 450 and I believe it was 0.5 ml but I could be wrong and maybe it was 1ml, either way it’s an extortionate price just for filler but that’s what you can expect to pay on Harley Street. I just think especially paying such high prices, not using any numbing cream is just lazy! I understand he offered me another option but more injections to numb it causing pain isn’t actually necessary and not an appealing option either. Maybe it’s due to extra waiting time for it to numb the area and they’re obviously a busy clinic, I have read a comment saying people have felt it’s a bit like a conveyor belt in there and I understand that. To conclude, Dr Nick is a nice man, I just can’t give a positive review for being in so much pain when there’s a very easy solution and paying stupid prices but not receiving anything that I can’t get done for half the price! I won’t be returning that’s for sure.

A seamless experience with a flawless result. This was my first cosmetic procedure. The surgeon and his team were explanatory, supportive and the results achieved were beyond my expectations. I could not speak more highly of this clinic and my results.

I had a tear trough filler done back in 2014. I came to him after I read an article in the Daily Mail. It was a huge mistake, I waited almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen. And then was charged £1000 for a filler that did nothing. My problem was not resolved. Dr Milo was not attentive. He did not address my concerns and seemed to just want to rush the procedure and charge me. It put me off fillers for a long time but I have found other doctors who charge considerably less and do better work. Don't believe sponsored press ads. Do your research because you are the client and it's your money.

I had the tear though treatment two months ago and can't believe what a transformation that was. So pleased with the results and sorry that I didn't do it before. Great service and after care.

I have been seeing dr Milo for Botox treatments for wrinkles in my 3 areas for years now, and I look and feel 10 years younger. I have just discovered his tear trough treatment and have done it for the first time. I went to the Milo Clinic for a tear through filler after reading about Dr Nick on line. He was friendly and explained to me the possible benefits and risks. I bruised quite a bit, but I could easily conceal it and after a week the bruise was gone. I saw an overall improvement of my area under the eyes, although I will need to place a bit more filler as my tear trough is quite deep. Therefore Dr Nick is sering me again in a month to finalise the procedure.

After my initial consultation when I was told that I would be a great candidate for non surgical eyebag removal (Tear Trough) fillers, I agreed to have the procedure. The procedure was very quick and immediately after the injections my eyes both looked great. Unfortunately the next day my eyes both swelled up and I had extensive swelling due to fluid retention, after calling the clinic I was told that this is common and in a few days the swelling would subside. After about 2 weeks I still had large noticeable lumps under my eyes and it then took another 2 weeks to get an appointment at the clinic for them to look at my eyes again. When I returned to the clinic the only option offered to me was to pay for more fillers in addition to the one thousand pounds already paid. It is now nearly 18 months later and I have just had a surgical procedure to fix my eye bags and loose skin, I was told by the recent surgeon that no amount of filler would have ever fixed my eyes and that a quick injection would have dissolved the fillers if there was a problem with fluid retention after my initial procedure. I am sure that fillers work for some people but my advise would be to get at least a second opinion before committing to a quick fix filler procedure. I was initially told by the Milo Clinic that the filler option would take less than a week to get back to normal and that the surgical option would take about a month to recover, but the filler option took 18 months for results to be worse than before and now with my surgical procedure I have amazing results with no signs of surgery after 10 days. I recently received treatment from Dr Milojevic and was beyond ecstatic with the whole process and treatment I received. Everything from the kind and understanding manner of his PA to the amazing subtle work on my jaw and nose, Dr Milojevic is a true artist. I was recommended by my aunt who had received the tear trough treatment under her eyes, which looks absolutely amazing! This is the first time I had had anything done so was caucious about who I went to and wanted to make sure it was somebody extremely experienced and profffessional, which they definitely are at the Milo Clinic! The whole team made me feel so at ease as I was a little nervous at first! Would 100% recommend

Would not recommend this doc. His work is okay but the initial assessment is rushed and there is absolutely no after care. It’s like being on a conveyor belt - dr actually walked out to go to loo whilst I was in the middle of asking him questions after the procedure. When I asked him to have a look at my cheek fillers which he had done which were swollen and misplaced before my wedding day he simply passed me on to his secretary who kept repeating the same thing again and again. He finally asked me in for a massage for correction but this was after my wedding day. The reason for this is that he lives in Croatia and only comes occasionally to london for this clinic so if anything goes wrong it’s a long time to wait. Do not go to him unless you expect to be treated like you or your face don’t matter. Ps I have read some of the responses to the negative reviews and would like to add that this is not spam or a fake review.

Was treated less than as i negotiated a lower price. If you didn't want to accept my money then why see me? Superficial placement of filler left me looking pretty weird. Had two fat lines under my eyes. Still have them! I had filler placed above and around it to correct the problem but still quite bad. He should consider further training. Multiple droplet injections are more effective and flattering. More bruising but who cares. Take a look at Simon ourian procedures. Overall i wouldn't recommend him dr milo. Sorry dude.

I have been visiting the Milo clinic for some years now and Nick and his team of professionals are simply the best. He is totally professionally and has the eye of a perfectionist. His techniques are second to none and I have never been disappointed with my botox or filler. He has corrected my wonkey nose and my uneven lips. I would highly recommend Milo Clinic to anyone considering treatment for the first time, or if you are unhappy with your current practitioner. The aftercare is also second to none. I just wish we had the clinic he has in Croatia in London too ! A big shout out to Sanja his P.A. - incredibly friendly and helpful .

I have been planning to visit the clinic and Dr Nick for a while, and I wish I haven't waited that long..lol He is absolutely lovely !! Made me feel very much at ease with his manner, and straight away I relaxed and had full confidence in him. Having Botox done years before at a different clinic at Harley Street I remember having two black bruises under the eyes afterwards. And not being able to laugh or smile fully, as cheeks felt weird and hard. This time around was absolutely perfect. No wonder he is called King of Botox! It felt effortless at the time, no bruising and I feel no different laughing or smiling now...and yet he took 10 years of my face. I had Botox at my forehead and around eyes which worked absolutely wonders. And also, my favourite part, was having the a nose filler. OMG, what a difference that made. I love my new nose now, and hooked on Milo clinic, and what wonderful difference it can make to my life. Thank you Dr Nick, it was a much needed boost of confidence ! The clinic itself is very nice, very friendly staff and I liked that I was introduced to the whole team (Dr Nick made sure everyone knows his staff is very much part of the dream team and valued, which I though was so wonderful). I am going back this week to buy Obagi creams as it came highly recommended from a friend, and back soon for some new treatments
