It is incredibly sad that repair stores are declining and people would rather throw away and buy a new machine and pollute the environment. These guys are a friendly bunch! Really polite and human. I think they offer really great prices compared to other repair shops. They were happy to take in my broken laptop for parts and offered me a very good price! Thank you! It was not worth it for me to repair it as the whole plastic casing was coming off, but the LCD screen, processor, ram, usb ports, keyboard and motherboard were fully functional and the computer was powering on and usable. In fact, I was still using it for adobe premiere for few weeks before deciding to give it away. If I have any complex problems I will definitely stop by and I've already recommended you to 3 of my mates!

These guys are the best in town! Typhoon suped up my 2013 Lenovo Thinkpad, its now super fast and a pleasure to use, will be good for a few more years now. A really fast service, got it back to me the following morning, really nice fellows to do business with! Thank you Typhoon!!

I brought my eight year old laptop to Hasan because it wouldn't boot. After explaining my options I had a new SSD drive to replace my old drive for a very reasonable charge..I took it in one day and collected it the next. I now have a very fast computer that hasn't been this fast since I first bought it. Exemplary service from Southern Technology is the norm and I would never go anywhere else.

Great service. Sadly they told me my motherboard had given up on my laptop, but they transferred my folders onto a memory stick- all for a reasonable price. These guys seem trustworthy, to have integrity, are friendly & reliable. I don't often see such good service these days.

My laptop suffered a broken screen while I was travelling and the team at Southern Technology replaced the screen within 4 hours. Southern recognised I needed an urgent repair because I use my laptop everyday for my business. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, level of customer service and efficiency from Southern Technology team.

Took two laptops in on Saturday, one fixed by Tuesday and told the other not worth saving but they still managed to recover all of the data. All for a really reasonable price - excellent service! I couldn't recommend this place more

Very friendly staff. I was offered a free laptop diagnosis. Unfortunately, my motherboard didn't work and I couldn't do anything else but to sell my laptop. The price is suitable. Recommend for non-technical users.

Have used Southern Technology many times over the last few years and always had excellent service, with the team sometimes working what seems like crazy hours to get things fixed, which they inevitably usually do.
This time round, they told me they'd fixed the problem (laptop wouldn't turn on) and so I paid and picked it up. I was a bit surprised when it didn't work when I got it home, so I had to take it back. They apologised, said they'd check and called to tell me it was actually officially dead (passed on, no more, ceased to be etc) and that they could not fix it, but they could save all my data. I offered to bring an external drive in that they could put the data on. And yet I am still giving them a 5! I suppose it should be 4.8 because of this little blip.. BUT...
This morning I went in to give them the drive.. to find that they had already saved everything onto a new external drive (worth £17.99) which I can plug into my new laptop to transfer over my files (they would've done this for me if I'd wanted). As I had paid £39 for the repair, the owner (so sorry, I have forgotten your name, I should know!) kindly said that was free. And then produced a £20 note, saying that as they couldn't repair the laptop, I was being refunded, I didn't even have to ask....
I recommend this company so highly. They have such integrity. They are honest and reliable and trustworthy. A massive thank you to Southern Technology for looking after my old laptop as long as they could and i will be back with my new one, no doubt!!

I cannot thank Fatih and his team enough. I brought in my sony vaio because the bezel had cracked and was dangerously loose so he presented 2 options to me, due to a time constraint we went with option 1 to stabilize it with screws and he also threw in deep cleaning, hard disk check and general software clean up for better performance with the repair work, another place I went to was charging me separately for the deep cleaning... it was done in 48 hours! I'm using it now to type this review. I don't know how long it will last as I've been warned to be extra super-careful handling the laptop, but I liked the service and would recommend to go to this shop for any repair work in good time. Thank you Fatih!
