my 15 year old computer which hasn't worked for 3+ years, is now a normal, functioning, up to date computer again. I received an impeccable and swift service. I am far from being a computer expert and so it was incredibly reassuring and helpful to be guided sensitively through what was being done and why. Excellent work and customer service. After our computer monitor stopped working this morning I rushed to NJPCs so they could troubleshoot the issue for me. They promptly checked the monitor which in the end was beyond repair. They then very kindly gave me a spare one they had on hand so I could go on with my working day. Their staff was super friendly and helpful. From now on I will go to NJPCs for all my IT requirements.

This team is just superb, was recommended Not Just PC's by a colleague when my wife was having trouble with her web agency, the service and knowledge is outstanding and when you run your own business people you can rely to execute are like gold dust. I followed quickly behind my wife and got them to handle my company's IT needs and happy to add that they are Swiss timepiece-esqe consistent.

I took my ancient laptop, that had become very noisy and very hot, into No Just PCs. They cleaned it and checked it over and it's now running like a dream. Really clear and friendly service too. Will definitely use them again if/when needed.

Lovely company, who are consistently professional and happy to help with anything and everything. No question is too silly (and I ask a lot of questions). Both members of staff (Pete & Nick) are very knowledgeable about all things technology & have helped me on numerous occasions with everything from setting up my Wordpress blog & hosting it on their server with a bespoke URL, to building me an actual computer with all the features I want, and so many things in between!
10/10 would recommend Not Just PC's to help with any IT/technology woes you might have!
