Unbelievable service, this is how all shops should treat their customers. Cost advised before work carried out. I was told how much my repair would be, 30 minutes later I got a call saying it could be a lot cheaper if I was prepared to wait 7 days. Very professional and knowledgeable, used them for years, no way I would use anyone else.

Outstanding service and value for money. I contacted Sussex Computer centre regarding issues with my laptop. They advised in detail and within 7 hours (dropped off at 11.30am and I collected at 6.30pm) they had replaced the hard drive, cleaned everything up (clogged fan) added extra memory and it is now like a brand new laptop. They only did the work that was necessary so no hidden or extra costs. Great value for money, will definitely use again and fully recommend. They also sell computers, repair tv's, laptops and other items so plan to use them instead of bigger multi national companies in the future. 5 star service

A broken LCD screen & sluggish performance made me think my laptop may well be only fit for the bin. Thankfully I gave Baha a ring at the SCC: and he was confident he could both fix the screen & upgrade the hard-drive for an incredibly reasonable price. After dropping off my poorly computer late on Friday afternoon, it was ready to collect less than 24 hours later. And what an amazing transformation! A truly brilliant service & superb value for money. Thanks sooooo much Baha, you're an absolute star. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, reasonable prices and prompt. Very knowledgeable and have a lot of experience. Glad still we see local computer shop and a business as it is very hard to come by nowadays. They have everything, PCs, laptops, tablets, phones, printers, accessories, cables, software, repairs, etc. I recommend the shop for everyone for your urgent needs and problems, I say that with full confidence.

Been into the shop a few times and been very happy with the products on sale here. Most important was the service I received as today I went in with a laptop that simply refused to function. Took my laptop and he serviced it and fixed it. It now works brilliantly. I also have him my hard drive which has broken and has spent a lot of time trying to fix it. Very helpful and good value for money . Definitely use him again .

Dropped my sons PC in last week. Was told I'd get a call in the next day or two with an update which I was absolutely fine with. 3 hours later had a call to say was all fixed and ready for collection. Very pleased and impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received (my son was also impressed although it was in the form of a grunt!!). Final price was also less than quoted as I was told the job wasn't as complicated as first thought. That's how you win repeat customers. Would happily recommend.

Took my iPad there for a new screen as my usual place Was shut. Within a week of getting it back it got a crack along the screen for no apparent reason. Never happened before in the two years I have had the iPad. It hardly responds to contact anymore and I have to be constantly restarting it so it can be just about functional. We took it back but the guy there refused to do anything about it as it 'wasn't his fault' . So this place is a waste of money you're better off going elsewhere for repairs :)
