I had nose reshaping treatment and amazed by the results! My nose is very small for my face and Lilyanna tried her best to make it look good. She is very caring and kind and listened to my concerns. When I opened my eyes I saw a new me!! A little difference on my nose made a big difference on my face. My only regret is why I didn't do this all this time!! At least I found Lilyanna now, I can continue with my treatments. She is very professional too. I’ll see her soon.

I can't say a lot of things about Harley Str Elite Clinic. I came there only one time. I didn't deal with their receptionist, only with Lilyanna.
The place was nice and clean.

I have recently attend training courses for Dermal Filler and Botulium Toxin in Harley Street Elite Clinic-Academy London by Dr Bela Horvath who is a Senior Lecturer and Ms Lilyana Marks who is a Medical Director.Course is one of the best course I have done!They are an incredible team who equips you with not only the knowledge needed to be a safe Aesthetic practitioner but also the confidence needed.It fully met my high expectations.In addition once the course is completed you always have the support.I highly recommend the courses at Harley Elite Clinic-Academy.

I have visit Harley Street Elite Clinic, the services is perfect, and Mr Michael did the non surgical nose reshaping treatment for me, and he is really high personal skills, and it is natural and beautiful! I did this treatment in other clinic before, and I do believe the elite clinic is the most professional clinic in Harley street,it is worth money.

I had a rhinoplasty in January 2018 and I would highly recommend Dr Michael Tsounis and Lilyanna Marks because of their professionalism. I thought about this procedure for 10 years but I could not take the plunge because I was too anxious about the result.
And now I did it, I know it was the right decision to do it with Dr Tsounis because I am now feeling more confident, and Michael has reshaped my nose exactly how I wanted it. One word, perfection.
Lilyanna has been supportive, reliable, and she always replied to my concerns by sending me messages on my phone or ringing me. Also, she has been very gentle and considerate when removing the splint when she did the aftercare rhinoplasty. Lilyanna, consistently gave me plenty of advice.
In addition, the price was reasonable and I felt in safe hands in the hospital where the operation took place.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Dr Michael Tsounis and Lilyanna Marks.

Disappointed January 2015 I went there for a tear trough, and everything was fine, a tear trough result should stay around 9 months, but unfortunately mine last only 4 days! (probably due to the swelling.)
I am so disappointed and really i am not sure what they injected me, because i am back like nothing was done, and i lost money , very bad, they couldn't deal with my complaint afterwards, so i am going to court .
I definitely do not recommend, and if I didn't get any result they probably made their own good reviews.
The staff was polite and kind but it is probably to hide their bad intentions, I saw my doctor who confirmed that the product injected was not there anymore, so maybe it was just sterilised water!

Be Careful -Elite Clinic is a big fraud, they advertise lower price on wowcher and when you go they say that you are not suitable for the treatment and ask you to fork higher price for the same treatment, moreover they dont refund you the wowcher money also.
So beware of this game this clinic is playing. Even the customer service is rubbish.

I could not praise high enough my rhinoplasty experience with Harley Street Elite Clinic. Right from the initial consultation with Lily Marks and Dr Lahoud, I was reassured and my concerns promptly gave way to a natural excitement about the aesthetics benefits of the forthcoming procedures. I have been looking forward to the surgery for more than a decade. Having had number of consultations with various clinics in the UK and continental Europe, I finally felt my questions were asked in detail and with the expected level of high professionalism. Plastic surgery can be a daunting prospect for most people. I was not an exception to the natural feelings of anxiety, insecurity and fear of the overall success of the operation. The general anaesthetic was a big thing for me too. The surgery day at the West London clinic could not go any better. All the clinical staff made me feel great, reassured me and even made me laugh. Before I knew, I was in theatre and by the time I woke up few hours later it felt like a afternoon nap. My first memories following the surgery are of the clinic owner Ms Marks being next to my bed smiling and reassuring me the surgery was a success. I am extremely pleased with my new look and my wife adores the new version of me. It has been great personal confidence boost! I could not recommend highly enough Harley Street Elite Clinic to anyone looking for the aesthetic adjustment of their looks. You are in the hands of great professionals who have your health and wellbeing in the centre of their business. Thank you guys for the great experience!

It is the best thing i have done I am very happy and grateful has now i have straight nose and better breathing. This clinic use cheaper product which are actually banned in USA on client who paid for the best, really bad business here, nobody should go in a place who tries to fool its customers.

As a Model I have to do attention of my Face and recently visited Harley Street Elite Clinic to have Vitamins mesotherapy treatment done. I have to say my skin feels and looks a lot fresher and smoother which is really important to me for my Modeling. Really happy with it and lilyanna really made me feel comfortable. Will most certainly be returning for another session!!

Mr Michael Tsounis and Lilyanna Marks were amazing! not only they did a excellent job on my non surgical nose job, they also made me feel very comfortable. I went there to get a consultation on a rhinoplasty, however Mr Michael informed me i did not need one and Lilyanna suggested botox. I am so glad i found them because they did not care about getting money and were very honest.

I have had lip augmentation previously at a different clinic. I went to this clinic for a top up. Lilyana was very nice and I can see from other reviews that she has many happy customers. However, when I got there I was told to pay more to get the desired results. I agreed as I don't live close and didn't want to come back if it wasn't how I wanted my lips to look.
When the swelling went down I realised that there was an area missing any product giving me an uneven look. I sent many emails to the practice with no response.
Also, I met two girls in the waiting room. Lilyana wanted them to see my results. When I spoke to them the girl gave very bad feedback and felt like lilyana was pressuring her into the procedure when she wasn't sure. Her friend left in tears because lilyana had told her to consider a nose job (the friend was only there for support)
On a whole the surgery is nice, clean and professional. But from the experience I would not recommend

Following a dramatic incident in my youth my nose was severed fractured and as a consequence,affected my breathing severely. Also each time I looked at the mirror was a reminder of this traumatic event . I decided to contact The Harley Street Elite clinic on a friend s recommendation . The Amazing Lylianna arranged a consultation with Michael Tsounis . Rhinoplastic specialist . I immediately got a good vibes upon meeting him and decided to go ahead with the procedure. Had surgery on 20th of January ( 16 days ago)and the results are outstanding already ,I am over the moon and extremely grateful to the dedication and professionalism of my Surgeon and all medical team involved . With my nose been restored ( functionally ) and aesthetically together my confidence and self love within !I can finally put bad things behind and look forward to the future . There are no words to describe my sense of Gratitude towards Michael Tsounis :a truly professional ,talented, personal and kind individual who makes an outstanding difference not only to me but also to the Medical world and reconstructing Medicine. He is just the best ever !

I saw Micheal Tonis at Elite Clinic For non surgical Nose Fillers few weeks back.
I have had rhinoplasty before & then had a revision.. I was still unhappy with nose as the septum was still deviated and the nose was still slightly bent to one side from the bridge down the tip.
I was almost certain that fillers couldnt correct the issue I had been experiencing for over 8 years plus
The doctor was very understanding & patient and explained very well at every step. It wasnt painful, apart from some discomfort.
Treatment took around 20mins, I was amazed at the results, my nose looked straight, bridge looked much better too. I cannot explain how grateful I am to the doctor & lady helper who was also amazing.
Overall I will rate them 5 stars- it actually looks as if i have had another nose job as nose looks great! I truly recommend them and will be referring in the future

New beautiful nose. Nice shape and very straight figure . Only with injection , no pain , non bruising ... he made majic for my nose . I love my nose now . Trustworthy Mr Micheal Tsounis.

Why Harley Street Elite Clinic ? The most polite and proffesional atmosphere I've ever come across. I had the worst skin problem and suffered great a deal but after a course of treatment with PRP my skin has absolutely improved. I never thought I can have my face shine this much. I have recieved endless compliments and am extremely happy. Highly recomend to meet the team and try their service! Awesome improvements.
PS. Also had the lip enhancement treatment and got the wanted beautiful aestetic elegant lips.
