From the moment I met Ryan from the sales team and went through our options, I was convinced we made the right choice in going with this company. When Darren and Joey arrived to install the phones for our school, we clicked from the first minute. They worked hard, had a good sense of humour and didn't bother me with too many details! They went above and beyond with the equipment they put in and the service they gave, all they asked for in return was for some school dinners every now and then. I would absolutely 100% recommend using this company to anyone thinking of doing so.

The company has grown from strength to strength since we first met them and that is a true testament to their customer commitment. Absolutely atrocious customer service, doesn’t deserve even one star. We run a veterinary business and our lines would keep customers “stranded” at the switchboard level, we were missing several calls a day (including emergency calls about sick animals!). The lines were very much “hit n miss” and only the “lucky” clients got through. We weren’t getting anywhere with yotelecom. They would come and fix it somewhat, then two weeks later we would have the same problem. Since the last month things escalated, we lost a few clients while we have been chasing Yotelecom for several weeks. Finally we got a date for three weeks later for engineer to come and replace “the box”. In the anticipation of one landline we reduced clinical work to accommodate it hence lost some income. The day before they sent an email because they couldn’t get through to us via phone (our problem exactly!!) that they are not coming, may postpone it to the following week. Long story short- if you have a business and you depend on your phones go with some other company. 11.5. update: We got our new date (week later) and already we were informed engineer will be coming later than planned because he couldn't pick up the required stuff for the repair so they are posting it to us and it should be here tomorrow morning. Meanwhile we are redirecting phones twice a day manually by calling their emergency line. Two days ago we were stuck for 35 minutes until they replied. So sorry - even after several discussions with customer services manager they don't seem to be capable to do things right. Let's hope that once they actually get to fix the line, it will work.

I run a GP practice - Brixton Hill Group Practice. This company have repeatedly let us down - and despite our pleas for contingency plans should the broadband line fail (which it has on numerous occasions), none have been provided. This has left our patients high and dry on a number of occasions - and we have been with this company for under half a year. Their team is not responsive to our needs, and they appear to fail to recognise how important it is for us to have phone lines that work reliably - especially during a global pandemic. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone - especially if you value your customer's being reliably well-served.

I have to say the system YO Telecom provided us with has worked absolute wonders for the overall success of our business. I would definitely recommend their services! The entire process of joining was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble regarding any questions I had about the system or services they provide. I thought it was all too good to sound true, however they have delivered on every promise. Since deciding to join, I have received nothing but very prompt and efficient service. My new system was installed almost instantly by a member of their very friendly engineering team. As I’ve been getting more familiar with my system, there has always been a member of their support team available to talk me through any questions I have. This has been very refreshing as I’m usually stuck on the other end of an automated telephone service whenever I’ve had a problem with other previous communication companies. The best feature that’s really helped with my business has been the call logging feature, It’s been so useful to see exactly who’s been calling in and out. Especially during these uncertain times, it’s really been an amazing tool to make sure we’re keeping all of our customers happy!

Unfortunately it's not possible to rate with less than 1 star, but 0 stars is nothing less to what this company deserves. To say that the service and product they offer is poor would be an understatement. Continues promises to improve this are never delivered. Not to mention a 7 yr contract that this company ties you in making it practically impossible to leave them without ridiculous charges. We would certainly NEVER recommend this company!!

We've just had our phone system installed by the lovely Darren. He did everything he could to make the process as seamless as possible, helping us out with some of our own technical issues while also being a friendly face to have in our practice. He showed us how everything worked, with the features of this system vastly improving the patient journey here. We will update this review after 3 months to provide feedback on the reliability of the service.

I field out a simple form online was called back within the hour. I was then explain the package deal and signed up in a matter of minutes cheers Ben. I then Received a call the very next day to go through what i would actually like on the phone system and same again straight forward. Cheers Nathan. Melrose House Cullercoats and our other business Front Street Ltd decided to change our telecoms provider from BT to YOTelecom. Ryan Brown visited our offices and discussed our needs and preferences. . Ryan did not rush us or give us a hard sell he was extremely professional and true to his word. Ryan has helped us even in after care and has taken time out of his busy schedule to speak with me and reassure me if I have had any queries. I cannot recommend YOTelcom enough to anyone who is looking to move to a different provider. From Sales to the Installation and the after care services is FIRST CLASS all the way and senior management should be proud of the staff they have out there selling the product.
