At the outset, they have a great product, very flexible and modular. We're yet to test any integrations but the framework looks pretty robust and reliable. Voicemail, notifications, etc are almost real time, unlike some of the other vendors we have a evaluated. They also offer a great value for money.
We interacted with two sales reps from Servetel, Anukriti Chauhan in Dec 2020 during our initial evaluation & trial, and Anchit Boruah in May 2021 when we finally made the purchase. Both were very helpful and promptly answered all our pre sales and setup questions. Anchit even helped us setup the initial IVR flow as well as voiceovers (under their offer). Although I wish he was a little more patient for this review. We also haven't tested their support yet, and I hope we don't have to - any time soon.
Overall, I like their product and would recommend them to my friends and other entrepreneurs.
