Circle Cloud have been managing our business telecoms for a few months now and we also switched our mobile phones to Circle Cloud too. We could not be happier with the service so far, everything has been easy from the initial meeting to discuss our business requirements to the installation. The customer service is second to none, they are easily contactable with no long holds or call centres. Extremely competitive on pricing. Overall a great company, would highly recommend.

Gary Reynolds came to see me to talk through my options, he was so knowledgeable about the services that Circle Cloud provide that he gave me the confidence to switch my provider immediately.
Dan and Stewart came today to fit my new phone system, what a pleasure it was to have people who knew exactly what needed to be done and carried the job out in a friendly efficient manner, they made sure I fully understood the new system before they left but also assured me that there is always somebody at the end of the phone should I forget anything, I cannot recommend them highly enough, the whole experience has been a pleasure.

I was a little apprehensive about having a new phone system installed, not being as IT literate as I'd like. However, Ashley and Stuart were excellent at explaining the whole procedure and keeping me in the loop of how everything works. They arrived early, were polite and friendly and kept out of the way when doing the install. Their training was easy to understand and any questions I had were easily answered. A few days on and the phone system is working just fine and I can finally receive work calls from home. Hooray?

We had the pleasure of Ash for our installation, setup and training. He was 1st class - thorough, a problem solver during installation and offered very good advice on both our telephony system and overall infrastructure in our new office / factory. The training was simple and easy to understand and we are pleased / reassured to know that Circle Cloud customer support does not end with installation, but begins. I can not recommend circle cloud highly enough. the sales people are not pushy in the slightest and listen to the customers needs. They worked hard to make sure we saved money. The engineer was polite, friendly and was very courteous in the way he worked. The after sales support has also been fantastic. I noticed I had made a mistake on the setup of the equipment and the problem (I had created) was rectified quickly and efficiently. The equipment is easy to use and the training had been excellent as well.

We have been with circle for many many many years
the service they provide is excellent with a very quick turnaround in dealing with any enquiries we have.
We have chosen to stick with them mainly due to the confidence we have in them with dealing with enquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
When it comes to our renewal - even though they have grown a lot since we joined them - they will always go out of their way to ensure we are happy with our renewal cost and not want to loose us as customers - making us feel just as important as the bigger companies out there that use them too.
many companies out there as they grow they somewhat become arrogant and demand and stick with higher prices -
however with Circle its not the case - even though they have clearly invested a lot of time and money in their systems to keep up to date with the changes and demand of today, their level of service is still as good if not even better as it was when they were a much smaller company when we joined them and they never use this as an excuse to hike their prices.
When it comes to pricing they will go out of their to ensure they can best deal to match our budget (if reasonable) but generally on every renewal they seems to give me a better deal than the competitors I contact around the time.
I look forward to many more years with them and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable solution backed by a reliable team.

Our Company switched over to Circle Cloud in July 2020 and have found the Company to be very friendly and professional. The equipment specification is high and the quality of the telephone calls is far better than we were previously experiencing.
We had a few problems when switching. These were due to our old telephone providers but Circle Cloud dealt with them direct and saved us from having to deal with them.
The installation process ran like clockwork and we have been and still are 100% satisfied with the service we are receiving from them since the installation.

Great service - Graham has been able to put all our telecommunications into one easy to use plan. Previously we had about 5 different service providers and direct debits coming out, so to be able to combine these and save money at the same time was of course much and well appreciated.

Since the above review, had a couple of minor issues (not Circle Clouds fault, just in the changeover from the other company) which have been sorted quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the level of customer service. Once again thank you, it's a pleasure to deal with a company like yourselves.
Have needed help recently with completing PCI compliance and Charlie Davies on the Support Team and Connor have both been so helpful. I cannot praise their support highly enough. Any problems I have had have been resolved in a friendly and helpful way and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for them. Thank you again so much for your help. This is the First ever Google review i have done but i feel i have to. I cannot rate Circle Cloud highly enough! From the initial contact call with Michael James, the sales meeting with Mike Connolly and the absolute stalwart of an Engineer Ashley Kappa the customer service has been above and beyond.
We have had multiple problems with a system installed in 2018 by BT . Circle Cloud were able to move their install date forward to resolve an issue caused by BT AND install a brand new system in two days, something BT could not achieve in 4 years
I would like to offer special thanks to Mike Connolly for arranging the early install incredibly quickly and Ashley Who worked tirelessly to install the new system and help me with BT customer service
The Yealink phones provided with our plan are easy to use and look great. The App provided is excellent and very intuitive.

I highly recommend Circle Cloud as a telecoms and wifi installation company. We had battled with terribly slow internet for years with our previous supplier so we decided to cancel our contract as Circle Cloud promised to provide us with really fast internet and pay the termination fees of our previous supplier. They contacted Open Reach on our behalf, had them install a new port in the road and linked the fibre optic broadband to our house. They spent 10 hours wiring the new internet from the garage to our house so we were able to receive excellent wifi in every room which we have never had before. The wiring work was neat and tidy. As a result our internet speed went from 20 to 80+. Ashley, the electrical engineer, who completed all the wiring and installation of all the telephones was very professional and helpful - he connected all our televisions to the wifi and wouldn't leave until every phone in the house had been checked and tested thoroughly.
Circle Cloud's communication is excellent, they're always available to speak with on the telephone and don't leave you waiting for 20 minutes like other providers. They respond to emails within hours. Their customer service and efforts are first class and this is what makes them stand out as a telecoms company.

We signed to Circle cloud communications in October 2020 a week later thier team of engineers came and installed the phone system and from then all I can say is that thier customer service has been second to none.

Having had a broadband fault. The Service to sort problem out even though a main BT fault was exemplary. Having first spoken to Jamie he immediately put a divert on system to receive calls. Then with assistance from Charlie & Ashley got to the route of the problem and dealt with in full until resolved. Including fitting a temporary dongle so we had internet. Well done guys great service can’t recommend highly enough
