***BE VERY CAREFUL OF THIS COMPANY*** We had our system installed nearly a year ago now and we have had nothing but trouble with them. We have had several engineers in to see us and we still don't have a system that works properly and it is seriously affecting our business. We have decided to go elsewhere and even though they acknowledge our issues they still want to charge 25% termination fee which isnt cheap BUT on top of that they are telling us that we still have nearly £2000 to pay to a different company for the lease of 2 handsets that we wont be able to use!!! They are very clever when they get you to sign up as we didnt know that there was a separate company involved so read the terms carefully. So in the end we are left with a bill of nearly £3000 or we have to keep a system that just doesn't live up to the expectations they sold us. ***Update*** After posting this review Axel (who is apparently in charge) said to me that they will reduce the charges from themselves and will speak to the leasing company about the charges but only if we remove this review and leave a 5 start rating. He is now back tracking on that and said that he cant remove the leasing charge and is refusing to issue me a deadlock letter! ******ONE MORE THING THE HANDSETS WE ARE BEING CHARGED NEARLY 2K FOR ARE £124.99 BRAND NEW!!!******
