Pat was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had so many problems with BT, they over charged us, wouldn't help up with our queries, it was a nightmare, I gave Pat access to our BT accounts and she sorted every single problem and now we are letter free from BT! Circle cloud really are a great company, you don't have to hold for hours or exchange a million emails, you get through on the first ring, they are just fab. Would highly recommend! Thanks again to Pat and all at Circle Cloud. xxx

We were locked into a a contract with a supplier who just wasnt giving us the service we wanted, always having to chase them for answers and to get things done. We didn't see there was a way out until one day I took a call from Michael James at Circle, a very helpful man who listened to our situation, took a few brief details and then called me back to say Circle could help. A bit sceptical at first, as we had 5 years left to run, but happy to be proven wrong. We have since switched our services over to Circle and already we are amazed at their service, the staff cannot do enough for you and we are constantly updated on whats happening. The phone system is far better than what we had, all this and still they managed to reduce our monthly costs. Can't thank the staff enough, in particular, Sarah El-Saeidy and Pat Smith whom we have had most dealings with. Certainly recommend this company to anyone frustrated with their current provider.

Excellent service. No pushy salesman tactics. Friendly, helpful staff face to face and on the phone. The engineer Kyle was super quick and explained all that was needed to help us integrate the new phone system. Would highly recommend Circle for all your phone and internet needs.

After an initial hiccough with the quotation, which after some negotiation was resolved to our complete satisfaction a date was booked for installation. The technician was very helpful and efficient and installed and instructed us within the time allowed. Everything works as expected and we are very happy with the system. Circle.cloud have been more than helpful with our questions and after tickets were raised with their support, they were answered quickly and successfully. If this is a measure of their service then as a new customer we have to say that circle.cloud have not dissapointed.

Service was extremely quick no disruption to the business, both engineers that attended were very professional did there job did not even now they were there, so polite and accommodating . After the installation they spent time explaining how the system works and made changes that we required to personalise it to our needs, installed the apps on our phones and Pc's. Have been running the system now for 3 days and cant believe how we survived without it. Would highly recommend Circle Cloud for your communication needs Outstanding.

Very professional service.
I used Circle Cloud to replace my office phone system but they provided much more than just new desk phones. I now have my broadband provided through them and have a professional multi-phone office system with full call recording and answerphone capability.
Their representative was very helpful and knowledgeable - he helped spec the system requirements and as well as put the whole package together. I'm now making a saving on my combined previous costs as well as presenting a much more professional image when clients call into the office. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

*WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING CIRCLE CLOUD* Their Director, Axel Molist (AKA Gener Beavis) is a total con man. He lied and deceived us out of tens of thousands of pounds. They stiff you with a Grenke Leasing contract (READ GRENKE LEASING REVIEWS ON GOOGLE) which was never mentioned. They take honest hard working people to court and destroy their livelihoods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Historically we used one of the larger suppliers. I had constant issues with different account managers, billing service etc.
We undertook the services of Circle, they provide expert advice, pretty much immediate support / problem resolution and have upgraded our entire phone system and reduced our overall bill.
