I would like to publicly thank Darren and Jamie for their hard work in getting the phone system installed. We are a doctor's surgery with a big list of wishes! They are meeting them all through determination and/or suitable alternatives, without compromising the service and safety of patients.

Jamie, our engineer, has spent 5 days with us installing/ upgrading our phone lines and internet service. Jamie has been brilliant, so patient and flexible at both of our sites! Jamie ensured that we understood how to operate the new system and spent time talking several of us through how to do everything. Yo Telecom have been excellent! We had a VoIP phone system set up in our dental practice. It's is a great system and really looking forward to utilising it fully. Jamie has been the engineer in charge of setting it up - he has been so helpful, with an attention to detail. He explained everything to our team and demonstrated the whole system. We had two engineers (Liam and Jordan) in our care home in Birmingham for seven weeks installing our new WiFi and telephone system.
Both Liam and Jordan were an absolute pleasure to have in our care home as they were professional, kind, caring, supportive and respectful to our residents and staff. Both engineers always made time to chat to our residents and keep them informed of the progress in the job.
They both gave 100% dedication and commitment to the service and was always willing to chat to our residents and build friendships during their time with us.
Our residents (and staff) become very fond of Liam and Jordan and they are greatly missed by us all.
The work carried out was at a high standard and we are 100% satisfied with the completed work.
We would have no hesitation in recommending these guys at Yotelecom for their services!
We hope that the guys are able to pop in and see us when they are back in the area as we have some residents asking about them already.

They quickly got our new system installed and got us up and running. Darren then explained to us how the new phone system works and how easy it is to use. The were polite and professional throughout their visit. I would recommend YoTelecom thanks to these engineers.

Have been using YoTelecom for a while now, since just before Christmas everything has been going wrong. WiFi stopped working, phones still currently not working. I have been calling them at least twice a day to sort out my phones and always get an empty promise saying an engineer will call me back. I tell them what time we are closing and they must call us back before that time...they say they have noted down on the system that we need a call back. We never get any phone calls to sort the issue, they do not care about you or your business and are quite happy to take your money.

Terrible service. Please do not use this company especially for IT Support. Poor response and support. They state they give you 7 day support and our business is open on a Saturday, but when our computers went down we got no support. They stated their IT guy is only available during the week!! Why charge for a service you don't provide? IT guy promised to come yesterday and just didn't turn up. They also tie you into a 7 year contract! We have had problems with our computer system for 3 months and not had much resolution. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Yo telecom mis-sold a phone contract to the company I work for under false claims that it will be an upgrade, with no way of getting out of it. However, the equipment is of lower quality (cheapest possible in the range from supplier); the promised full WiFi coverage is only a partial coverage of the site; the invoices skyrocketed after change of contract.
Technical support is still "looking into" issues I requested almost 5 months ago, which should be simple to set up like: activating parked calls and providing training on how to use the feature; changing the assisted transfer hold duration; allowing software control of the desk terminal.
Disruptions in the service are happening often enough and last for days and days, without any kind of alternative arrangements put in place to mitigate the disruption.
Customer services are as useless as the engineers who come and go from the company. They failed brilliantly to communicate every time progress of issues, properly escalate emergencies.
It is a shame how this company never learns from their mistakes. For a communication company, their idea of communicating with their customers when there are issues is very poorly understood.
Definitely not a company that I would recommend to anyone.

Be very careful if this company contacts you. They will promise you the world and never deliver. You will be tied into a 7 year contract where you lease the phone system and they get paid thousands of pounds upfront by the leasing company. We should have stuck with BT as the problems we are experiencing with these people is a total nightmare! Take five star reviews with a pinch of salt as they write their own.

Due to this companies total incompetence & failings to supply us with a fully functioning phone system, we have had no choice but to return to BT. They are happy to take your money & not supply the service you are paying for. BT have rescued us from this nightmare & have supplied us with a far superior phone system, at a much better price. We should never have left BT in the first place. We will be passing this matter over to our legal team as Yo Telecom have been in constant breach of their own contract.

Amazing service from Yo Telecom.
I've recently used Yo Telecom for a new phone installation.
The service I have received from quote to instalation has been quite remarkable.
With only 48hrs to go before my grand opening a problem (not Yo Telecoms fault!) occoured on the incoming line. Thanks to the amazing service / organisation / Knowledge and sheer determination of our Yo telecom engineer (Jamie) our phones and internet were fixed (over a weekend!) so we were up and running for the Monday morning.
I would not hesitate to recommend Yo Telecom for advice, service, quality of product and installation.
The aftercare that I have received has also so far been exceptional!
Thanks again Yo Telecom and in particular Jamie for your amazing service.

The Best Business Decision we have made. The whole package has not only saved us money but made us money - we don't loose revenue because of missed calls anymore - we are able to capture ALL incoming calls - which invariably means £'s. The concept is a a good idea and in the beginning it was fine. We have had a few problems over the last few years which the tech guys have dealt with very well. We have had 3 times where answer phone
Messages haven’t been updated- finally this Christmas it actually got updated as it should. We’ve had 2 issues where we have had problems and BT have had to come out- we have then been charged £150 for this. The last time the issue was within the main box on the wall which had been wired wrong so our internet cut out every time the phone rang. According to Yo telecom we have been charged for this as it’s our fault. We are now 4 years in and we have constant harassment from the sales team trying to get us to sign up for another 7 years! There’s a reason the contract is so long!!!! On the whole for a large company it probably works but we are a small business and actually we haven’t saved much money from moving once you add all the charges on (which if with Bt. would be free) just be careful of all these extras. At the moment we are just waiting to be able to leave!
