Sad to say I've been trying to sort out care homes internet out for 3 months now to no avail,excuses after excuses promised enginees never turn up, passed from pillow to post. I can honestly say the fees charged do not reflect either on the quality of the service received nor on the standard of service very dissatisfied customer.wouls never recommend this company to any other care home.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I had to in this case. I first enquired with Yo telecom in August 2017 as I was having massive issues with BT that we’re ongoing for almost 2 years, with no solution. Yotelecom reassured me that they would be able to take care of the switch from BT and that all my issues would be resolved. And they did exactly that. 3 years later and I’m glad to say we’re still getting a fantastic service from them. All of the support staff and engineers have been fab and I will be recommending Yotel to my other friends in business.

This company deserves nothing more than zero stars! We have been with them for over two years and the service has been appalling. We were mis sold a phone system that doesn't even do what the rep promised us, not even a basic phone line. Equipment that wasn't needed, services that weren't needed and the list goes on. We have lost count the number of complaints that we have submitted with absolutely nothing being resolved. Phone lines go down regularly, wi-fi is dreadful, messages pick up nothing & the list goes on.The staff are pleasant enough but resolve nothing. We have reached the end of our tether as they don't care about us. Once you have signed you are basically up a creek with no paddle. All they are interested in is signing up another victim. We have been in contact with some of their customers in the same boat as us & are talking about joining forces to take action against this company. Please be very careful if they contact you as you will live to regret it! Their 5* reviews are also very suspicious!!! Because of Yo Tel our company has suffered huge loss of business! You have been warned...

Darren came to fit our new system yesterday. Within a few hours everything was up and running perfectly. I was very pleased that the phones and WiFi were only turned off completely for a matter of minutes allowing the office to function as normal throughout the installation. Not only was the system fitted efficiently everything was left clean and tidy. Excellent job very happy with installation.

Absolutely the worst company I have to deal with. Been with yotel for 3 years and during that time had issues several times every month. From phones not making or receiving calls to the system outright failing leaving us withour phones and internet. The latter happened today leaving us unable to communicate with customers, take payments and losing us business. Reps with make you a world of promises about how fantastic the service and equipment are, how it'll build your business. Don't buy a word of it. They'll lock you into a 7 year contract and shaft you with shoddy equipment and lousy customer service.

Our organisation recently signed up to Yo Telecom's highly professional service. The salesperson Ryan and the installation team, Jordan and Liam explained all aspects of their service and work as they went along. They offered an extremely explanatory and detailed demonstration and they were very flexible, fitting around our work. The works completed to install our new system appeared seamless and they cleaned up after themselves! They offered several ways to contact the service should there be any issues following their installation. They were polite and extremely well mannered individuals. Highly recommended. We operate from two Dental Practices in West Sussex and have been with Yo Telecom for a few years now, one of our practices they manage our telephony and IT the other just telephony. From a development perspective we wanted to combine our telephony system to a centralised switchboard, key to the success of this was retaining our existing telephone numbers and maintaining our local presence with known telephone numbers with our patients, we were after a seamless solution and Yo Telecom worked with us to develop and roll this out. We use the call recording facility as well as having a fully interactive IVR suite of messages which Yo record and manage for us. They have provided us all the way along with an account manager, coupled with great support and knowledge from everyone we meet. We have always had great customer service from the team at Yo, we have had some issues over the years ( as we all do with our providers) BUT Yo Telecom have been extremely responsive and have resolved these quickly and efficiently, they have also liaised with third parties on our behalf such as BT, Software of Excellence and Dentally at every juncture they keep you updated with information and developments. I can highly recommend them to you if you are thinking about changing providers, call them, have a chat with them and tell them what’s in your head, they will work with you all the way as a partner to deliver the service you want.

Do NOT get involved with this company; our business is locked into a 7 year contract with very poor quality equipment, engineers who don't know what they are doing and non existent customer service. I am writing this on day 4 of no phone service whatsoever (the 3rd time in 18 months) and I am constantly chasing to find out what is going on - if anything. I haven't received a call from the 'Customer Services Manager' and only 1 from an engineer. For the customer Yo Telecom = high stress and loss of business - don't even think of signing up!

After 3 and half years of being with them i am finding the service getting worst and worst, constant issues with phone messaging and poor wifi signal. The staff seems polite but have to constantly chase them to get problem resolved . Extremely disappointing!!! Think twice before tying into 7 years of frustrations!!!

Very happy with the service provided. We have moved from BT and are already very happy with our decision. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for and we now have a very professional service that we are very happy with. Our new phones and auto-phone system now give our practice a much more professional feel plus we can better track the frequency and times that different types of patients call. Jamie and Darren came to the practice to set up the system and were very helpful and professional. They set everything up just as wanted as well as being able to give suggestions on the setup from their experience. The receptionist has been fully trained by them. If you are even considering signing up with this company don’t! We signed up in November and our phone line doesn’t work properly and multiple engineers and technicians have been out and two days later our service doesn’t work. We’ve had no phone line and it gave patients an invalid tone as they couldn’t get a simple redirect in place. Gave them ample opportunities and everyday we call support but they don’t know what they are doing. They are very unprofessional including Jacques who I have dealt with many times and are threatening to keep us in contract for 7 years with no functional line! Lost so much revenue and extremely stressful and after promising we could leave they are now threatening with early termination fees! Avoid at all costs as you won’t even have a phone line, internet service or voicemail that works meaning no card machine! Update 9 months on 22/11 /20 No service and now in touch with Linda their COO. Absolutely no resolve calls that cut out for over 15 weeks and a cordless/mobile app and landline that works only intermittently! Refusal to help completely and they can’t fix the problem but won’t let us out the contract. Their broadband cuts out and doesn’t stretch further than 2metres! Posting this so hopefully it will help someone not go through what we have in the last year.
