Tamara is the most hands-on, practical, caring and engaged therapist that I have ever worked with, not only is she expert in CBT but she is highly available, monitors the patient journey very well and is incredibly encouraging of progress made, she has deep subject matter expertise but a personal touch that I have never found elsewhere which is why Tamara is so different and I highly recommend her. I have developed and improved under her care for the past 12 months and have a 180 degree turn from being imprisoned by cognitive distortions to being able to challenge them every day and move through them rather than being a victim of them.
