I approached the Clinic as I had read about the specialisms of some of their clinical psychologists. After an initial assessment, I was then introduced to my clinical psychologist who has truly changed my preconceptions about psychotherapy by introducing me to CBT. Thanks to him and his approach, I have now managed to overcome challenges which I had been facing for years. My experience has been excellent.

I can’t thank my therapist from here enough for how she’s helped me work on myself and get to a point now where I am coping so much better with life and more importantly enjoying every day and not dreading it! Before, I was ditched by my previous therapist at another clinic because of my severe issues and yet here at Chelsea Psychology Clinic I have felt validated, cared about and most importantly they have worked with me professionally, using DBT and schema therapy in a way that works for me and helped me so much to achieve my goals in recovery.

My son and I had a good meeting with a consultant psychiatrist and decided to initiate follow-up therapy sessions with a therapist that the clinic offered. My son had three weekly sessions with the therapist and at the end he thought the advices received from those sessions were not fit into how he prefers to lead his life. We thought the therapist was unable to correctly understand and able to offer the appropriate solutions that my son was looking for. The total cost for this whole thing was around eleven hundred pound.

I cannot say enough about the excellence of this clinic. Before attending sessions with my therapist, Elena, I was a nervous wreck. I suffered from high anxiety, panic attacks, and was really struggling to get through daily life. When considering therapy I was skeptical as to the benefit I could draw from it, and doubted my therapist’s ability to change anything. In the end, it was the best decision I have made in my life. We have worked through so much together, I have regained so much confidence and found so much clarity in my relationships and life. Through the reflection that is possible with such an amazing, knowledgeable professional, it IS possible to improve your life. I recommend the Chelsea Clinic wholeheartedly, and strongly encourage anyone that is struggling to give therapy a try. Just stick with it, be brave enough to challenge yourself, and you will reap the benefits.

This clinic is very professional and responsive. Before I got in touch, I had called a few clinics, but the Chelsea Psychology Clinic got back to me promptly, explained everything in detail and arranged my first appointment. I was very happy with both the psychiatrist and my psychologist. Highly recommended.

I spoke to the manager of this clinic (Peri) before my first appointment and told her that I needed a weekly evening, after work appointment. She said that I first needed to be evaluated (for a fee) before she could tell me availability for a weekly therapist appointment, but assured me they a lot of availability. After paying 300 GBP for a psych evaluation, I was told a therapist was only free on friday night at 8:30 pm or saturday at 4 pm, which is not suitable for me. She was apologetic, but has wasted my time. If she was upfront that availability was limited, I would have looked elsewhere.

I was very pleased with this clinic’s approach. They took great care in finding the right person for me and this paid off immensely.
