I totally recommend this clinic, Dr Wade and all the staff are helpful, friendly and professional. Although it’s a long way to come to London it’s worth it to find a clinic and a consultant who provides knowledgeable advice in an easy to understand and relaxed way.

I missed my video appointment as i was caught up at work. The reception was being very helpful to check with the doctor if i could still have my appointment. Dr. Wade was very kind too to see me at his lunchtime. Oohh and my skin has got so much better since my first appointment. Definitely recommend Dr. Wade! And frankly, he’s pretty easy on the eyes too.

Last year in March I got Covid 19 and suffered some after effects of the virus 2 months after recovering. I had hair loss and skin infections underneath the breast. I went to NHS doctors and private doctors and was put on antibiotics every time the infection came back after a month or so. I was tired of being told that I had different diagnosis every month and decided to go to a specialist. I then met with 2 wonderful women Dr Silvia Aguilar-Duran and Yasmina Kamli who confirmed that the spots underneath my breast were closed comedones. I was relieved and was told there was a way to remove them through ACP ELECTROLYSIS. I was excited that there was a chance to get rid of the comedones and not to suffer anymore with infections and taking antibiotics constantly. I am grateful to Yasmina and Dr Silvia for there time, dedication, prowess and empathy. During my ACP Electrolysis session Yasmina was gentle, kind, compassionate, informative and constantly asked if I was okay which I appreciated a lot as it made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making me feel there is a way forward and to not suffer in silence. This has changed my life.

Ordered a prescription to be delivered to my house and paid an extra £7.50 for next day delivery (the only option that they offered). Although they promised it would be sent out on Monday, it turns out that they will not send it out until Thursday. No offer of a refund for the £7.50 despite the delivery coming 5 days after promised. I could have just went to another pharmacy. Terrible.

Absolutely amazing and completely exceeded all my expectations, cannot be any happier.
I don’t wish to discuss my actual medical condition but I was recommended this clinic by a friend. I had a consultation with Dr Martin Wade. He was just fantastic.
But what made me appreciate and realise how good they were was that despite me making it clear I was desperate and willing to pay whatever it cost to get treated, Dr Wade at no point tried to sell me a more profitable treatment. I was told by my friend the treatment would cost me £260 each time but he was very honest and said no it’s costs £160.
Not only do they offer the best treatments, are extremely experienced medically, but they are also transparent and and completely patient centred as opposed to some clinics who are profit driven. That in itself gives you great confidence and reassurance.
Cannot wait for my next treatment with Dr Wade and Sandra. She was amazingly patient and gentle when delivering her share of the treatments.
Cannot emphasise how good this clinic is, and that too during Covid. Excellent covid protocols in place aswell

A great place for honest and thorough advice. I went into the clinic to seek information for a rather expensive treatment for hair loss and the doctor instead recommended a much cheaper alternative! A month on and I am already seeing results!

I needed to see a hair loss specialist and I was recommended The London Skin and Hair Clinic where I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Martin Wade who holds a preeminent position in his field. He explained to me the consultation process and introduced me to one of his colleagues, Edward. Edward is a friendly, knowledgeable person yet at the same time very professional. He immediately put me at ease as he talked through the consultation, which strongly indicated to me that he has a deep understanding of his speciality. The clinic seems to radiate effortless efficiency which I found very impressive where everyone knew their role. I would not hesitate to recommend this Clinic to anyone.

Have had acne scarring all my adult life.. decided it was about time to do something about it. Had one round of fillers and 3 x microneedling treatments, and the difference is very noticeable. I still have a little way to go, but nobody said it was going to be a quick fix. The staff there have been great, especially when I almost feinted after one of the treatments! They've taken "before and after" photos at every stage so I can clearly see the progress.

Other than having to wait quite a while for some of my previous appointments I have been pleasantly surprised by the clinic overall. I have had aesthetic treatments by both Yasmina and Vanessa and I would recommend them without hesitation. They are warm, friendly and importantly passionate about their work and knowledgable too. I expect to become a long term customer and so far so good :)

I've had a few pigmentation laser (AFT) sessions to treat melasma with Yasmina and can't speak highly enough of the service and the way Yasmina has put me at ease through the treatment which isn't the most fun! So far great results - significant reduction in the pigmentation and quality of my skin with new skincare recommendations. Yasmina is outstanding - thoroughly recommend.

Jemima Mellerio has examined me and withing few minutes I was advised the right treatment and it was amazing.
Local GP: you need to book an appoitment, if you are lucky wait for 2 weeks, then you have 15 min to be examined, give different medication to see what is suitable for you, and ends up with no solution.
I never regret visiting Jemima Mellerio at here clinic and she does know what she is doing.

A wonderful experience. All the staff were caring, professional and empathetic. From the moment we called to make an appointment, we were impressed with the attitude of everyone there and were made to feel welcomed and reassured.
The clinic itself is beautiful and very conveniently located right by holborn station.
We were seen by Dr Nicola Clayton who was excellent. She was warm, caring and empathetic. She took a detailed history and performed a thorough examination. Her communication with us was outstanding. She took the time to explain the course of treatment she recommended and spent time going through alternatives. She gave us ample time to discuss everything and answered all of our questions. We felt very lucky to have been under her care and should the need arise, we would be more then happy to see her again.

Super unprofessional. I attended two visits, left 300 quid in this place and I couldn't get simple instructions re hair loss and different type of treatments as requested in the meeting. Called the clinic 6 or 7 times to speak to doctor Wade, every time he is either busy or I am being told I will receive follow up materials. After a month, I am giving 1 star cause I guess I won't get anything at all... No one even realised that I was supposed to continue treatment, no one called to see if I am interested and I have an impression like all they care is just to get paid and get rid out of the problem. Incredible given we were discussing 1,000 GBP procedures.. Not recommended

I have had treatment at the London Skin & Hair Clinic a number of times over the past three years, initially for successful laser treatment which was carried out by the wonderful Yasmina, and most recently PDT (Photodynamic Treatment) under the supervision of Doctor Martin Wade, who has been, throughout, wonderfully reassuring and considerate, recommending and overseeing a treatment that has been entirely successful. The administration of that treatment was carried out sensitively and compassionately by Edward Hyde, who could not have been more caring, even following up with calls the days after the procedures to ensure all was well. The concern and consideration of every single member of staff has been exceptional. I recommend The London Skin & Hair Clinic unreservedly.

I came to see Dr Baron after having struggled with acne for several years. During my consultation, we decided that Isotretinoin would be the best treatment option for me. Dr Baron was both professional and also approachable and friendly. She was very sensitive to the emotional impact of coping with acne in your late twenties. What I really liked was that she really took the time to explain the treatment, its side effects and how to manage them. She was very understanding and helpful when addressing my doubts regarding the treatment. I was extremely satisfied with the service and with the choice of treatment as I have lovely clear skin as a result.

Recently consulted Dr Rachel Healy. She was patient and understanding and extremely proficient. The clinic is very clean and has good amenities including a nurse and excellent reception staff. I wanted my dressing changed after a couple of days and popped in without an appointment and it was done with no fuss and with kindness and understanding. I would highly recommend Dr Healy and the clinic.

I have been receiving laser treatment and found that staff at the clinic are professional and courteous and would highly recommend. Yasmina put me straight at ease in my initial consultation and has provided a consistent professional service throughout. The process was fully explained and progress is monitored, I am starting to see results as forecast by Yasmina. I had an uneven color skin (kind of eczema) in 10 years and had been with #1 dermatologists in my country, Vietnam but it didn’t change. They couldn’t give me an effective treatment and I just felt hopeless when my skin became worse and worse in every summer. I got a half-hour- appointment with Dr.Anna Chapman which is about £280 (I don’t remember exactly as it has been 6 months). I thought I wouldn’t believe in dermatologist anymore if my skin wouldn’t get better as I spent so much money to visit one of the best clinic in London.. Dr Anna looked at my skin and found out the issue, gave me ointments and cream. My skin looked as normal after 2 months and now, after 6 months, I’m so confident to show off my natural face A smooth and even color skin make me feel more beautiful. Thank you Dr. Anna!

Brilliant everything! I came to Dr. Wade under a friend's recommendation. I travel quite often therefore it was difficult to arrange a visit with a doctor. Fortunately Dr. Wade and his team understood and respected my schedule. They were about to schedule a consultation with hours notice. I had a discolouration on my skin for years and doctors in Hong Kong weren't able to diagnose. Dr. Wade was able to give me an answer after two visits and one laboratory test. After some treatment my skin is now looking better than in my twenties! I'm thankful and would recommend Dr. Wade to anyone with skin needs.
