I am extremely pleased with every aspect of PPSD. From the first phone call to walking out the door after having BCC removed from my lower right jaw. Dr. Charles S. Johnson and his staff were very caring! He explained every step he would take in getting this area cancer free. Drawings and verbal communication were very clear and concise. His staff working along side him made a great team. He's very personable and has a great bedside manner. I had no apprehension in moving forward after my initial consultation. Very Thankful, Very Grateful and feel Very Blessed he's on my Journey's Path. Heartfelt appreciation to his family and farm animals for sharing him with me and his other patients. 10 * rating :)

It’s always bittersweet to finish up with a medical professional who has been a constant in your life for a year, but I finally made it. PA Zachary Greer and his team are wonderful. They listened well to me and gave me the time to explain what was going on. Time seems to be what most medical professionals seem to not have enough of. After 4 brain surgeries I can be a bit slow. Mr. Zach and his team provided all the time I needed. I will certainly seek them out again should the need arise!

This was my first visit. It was very crowded, but everything was organized and seamless. I waited only a few minutes in the lobby, and again only a few minutes in the room. Dr. Greer was very understanding, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I will definitely come back to Piedmont and Dr. Greer.

The reception area is extremely clean and spacious. Intake personnel are courteous and helpful. Nurses who have seen me before the physician are professional and personable.
Dr. Bergamo takes her time with me, answers my questions and gives me good advice, recommendations and treatment.

A few years ago, my PC physician identified sun damage to my face and recommended PPSD for treatment. From my initial consultation to date and from check-in to check-out, the professional and friendly staff at PPSD have always treated me like family. They ensure your comfort even during what could be a “unpleasant but necessary” procedure. PA JCY and her assistants are the BEST. Highly recommend PPSD.

My doctor explained all the procedure she was really professional my only complaint is the ladies from checkout they didn’t explain how is the payment and how much my ensure cover they need more patience because it is expensive and I want to know my bill with detail .

Rosiane A. Roeder, MD, MPH, FACS do not recommend for any noses!!!! Talks a good game but not experience enough. My daughter still cries over the job she did on her nose. Not worth it ..go to a surgeon with more experience. We now will have to pay to see another doctor not in this practice. NOT CHEEP!

This is one of the best places I have ever been. Dr. Johnson and the plastic surgeon are above and beyond excellent. Also every nurse was above excellent. I have never been to a office and felt like I did here. The most friendly staff ever. I felt like I was surrounded by family. The procedure they did produced excellent results and I couldn't be happier. All of the staff and doctors deserve 10 Stars instead of 5. Thanks a million for the best experience ever.

Dr Roeder is wonderful. She is thoughtful & concerned for her patients. I first met her in the hospital. She evaluated my situation, then discussed, in detail , the surgery. She did the surgery & was very concerned about my healing process. She was a God-sent when other drs couldn't agree on course of treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Swank was and is wonderful. Had gastric bypass 6 years ago and after losing and keeping off 100lbs. I decided it was time to remove extra skin. He did a wonderful job. Need a small revision, but with how much work he had to do, I am extremely happy. Finally have flat tummy!! Please if you ever need anything, let these people help. There staff is the friendliest and most helpful people I've ever had to deal with. Awesome people!!!!
