Always a problem with my repeats I put it in plenty of time then it’s not there ? They blame the surgery when I go there there’s nothing been requested tired of this I work nights and haven’t time to be running about or being on the phone all day !!!!!! Not good

Wish they'd update their open times - they're on lunch from 2-3pm, to save you a wasted journey.
They're okay, there's the odd mixup with prescriptions or change of brand, whcih can be a bit annoying if you have to keep coming back, but overall, the ladies at the desk are really helpful, patient, and nice!

Terrible. It takes them 30 mins to give basic kids medicine. Always a wait. Staff seem like they own the place. Not bothered about the customers. Really sad.

I had to get an emergency prescription and seldoc took a very long time to fax it through. The two staff members were very nice to me while i waited with them for ages and ages. 100% would go agaon excellent service

Worst pharmacy In Peckham. Very disonest people. I got my prescription sent straight from my gp surgery at 3:20pm and when I arrived at 5pm, I still had to wait 30mins. I paid for my prescription and went home. When I got home the 50 mefenac acid 250mg capsules were two short and they mixed the brands without telling me. I rang up and spoke to a man called Osei and complained about their service he tried to justify their actions by saying his colleague needed his help that's why it was such a long wait. And that they don't have to tell the customer that they mixed the brands because they write it on the bottle. I explained that I am the paying for it. Osei told me that he would send a delivery driver to pick it up in the morning. They didn't come until afternoon after they received their delivery and replaced the capsules. The capsules I received came in a proper box with the expiry date on it and with the full 50 capsules sealed up. How could they give me the first lot of capsules in a bottle without a expiry date on it? If it was short why didn't they tell me to come back or give an iou slip to come back with? Very poor service.
I worked for day lewis pharmacy when they took over tanna chemist on lordship lane many years ago. If kirit Patel the founder of day lewis pharmacy was still alive he would not be happy. I use the day lewis pharmacy at the lister surgery on Peckham road and their service is much better.

this is the worst pharmacy EVER. Staff are moody, they mistake prescriptions 80% of the time, and they often are not open the hours they say they should be - to top it off, their phone number doesnt even work!

I do not recommend this pharmacy AT ALL! Ask your GP not to send prescriptions to this pharmacist. Repeatedly failed to inform me, even after calling twice to check all items were available, that an important part of my prescription was not available. When I asked for a brief explanation about this, I was met with an exceptionally confrontational response and told this was a matter to discuss with the GP. It was very upsetting, if not frightening, they denied all responsibility for notifying customers. This problem was entirely due to the dysfunction and disorganisation of the pharmacist.

absolutely terrible service.AVOID THIS PLACE!!
My wife was suppose to come to collect second doze of VITAMIN-D used in pregnancy (btw.-she was happy to pay for it!!!!) as they did not have a enough first time they gave her smaller doze and advice to come to collect second doze once first finished.We turned in today they've no notes in computer just silly advice to go back to GP and ask again for prescription!!We're self employed people trying to organize every minute of the day were waiting there 25 minutes to hear they can't give her second doze without prescriptions again!!!ISuch a time waste to go there it looks like they've no idea what they're doing exactly as mentioned in previous review this place is not organized at all!!!!!!Owner please pay attention what people say!!!
