First time back since lockdown and extremely clean, new screens and washing of hands as you walk in. Hayley welcomes me back and showed me how equipment was sanitised.
Amazing new set of nails and definitely going back for infills. Highly recommended

My nails were really nicely and quickly done however the people are very quiet. They did not speak to me nor even smile. When they asked what I wanted they whispered so quietly. But I would recommend it.

Treated my daughter to her first set of nails, awful experience! The guy who was doing them kept squeezing and pinching my daughter's fingers, (she didn't tell me until he had finished ) he then kept pointing at me and talking to the other members of staff which made them all stare at me, I felt very uncomfortable indeed. They wouldn't listen to my daughter and what colour she wanted, so she just ended up getting what ever colour they put on. Then while she was in the drying process the lady checked her nails pressed on her nails and smudged every single one.of the nails, I tried to tell them but all seemed to not understand English. So I have had to go else where to remove all the nails. Waste of money and time. They are also more expensive then town shops but worse nails and customer service will Never use again

Popped in asking if they had any walk in availability for shellac, young lad playing on his phone reluctantly got up to speak to me as his colleague was busy with a client. I asked the price then asked if he could do it now, he looked at the clock, looked at his phone, smiled and told me ‘not really’ i said I have one in my village so if you can’t its fine, then he said ‘no sorry’ - they were still open, I wasn’t informed of any appointments he had booked and I drive by ten minutes later to see him still playing on his phone! Either you want business or you don’t! Clearly my money isn’t good enough so therefore I won’t be going back again. You may have only turned one appointment away due to your laziness but you’ve actually turned a customer away for life! As a business owner myself it’s just not what you do. I doubt this lad was the owner and I’m sure the owner would be disgusted to hear of my experience, hence the review as I couldn’t find an email address to notify management

Worst nails experience of my life!! Do not recommend going here! They have such rude customer service.. man was huffing and puffing in my face when I asked for nails to be shorter they just wanted to rush nails so they could fit more people in.. didn’t give me a chance to even choose my colour and actually made my experience awful and not to even mention how they are so over priced!! all they did was laugh in my face when I complained!. do not go here!!!!!

Wasted my time. I rang to secure my spot. When I arrived was told I needed to wait an hour to be seen. They could have told me on the phone to save my time but did this instead in an effort to secure the business. Big mistake. I will NEVER be going back again
