I’ve been seeing Akwaa for my nails for some time now and she is absolutely meticulous and always does a fantastic job, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
All the girls are lovely and helpful so visiting is always a pleasant experience.

I had my appointment with Leanne (I think?) and it was fabulous! She did some nail art too and it was perfect (Sweden flag!), the whole appointment couldn't have been better.
I also had a nail emergency just before going on holiday and another lady fixed the issue quickly and to a great quality. I think her name was Aqua.
Will be booking here again for some maintenance soon.

I have had my eyelashes done at beauty box a couple of times and the lashes always turn out great!!! The girl who usually did my lashes was so friendly and helpful at all times, which really put me at ease. I went back today and there was a different girl but she was also helpful and very calming. Great service and lovely staff!

I have been coming to the salon for over 6 months now and have tried almost every treatment from a massage to a lash lift. By far the nicest group of girls working here... and everyone is very good at their job which is probably why I've stopped going anywhere else for nails, lashes and facials. Particular stand outs are the manager for being so welcoming and Jodie who is probably the happiest person I have ever met. :)

The Beauty Box is absolutely amazing. Was booked in by Cherie, had my lashes done by Megan and eyebrows tinted by Jodie, and I’m absolutely pleased with the results. All the staff were so lovely and professional. Definitely my new go to place for all things beauty related.

Having been let down by my usual nail bar I visited The Beauty Box on Saturday. What a find! I was amazed at the warm welcome, and cup of tea, I received. The shop is clean and the service is extremely professional. I only went in have my nails done and I decided to have my eyebrows waxed too. I have already booked my next appointment !

FIRST VISIT TODAY WITH MEGAN. HAD EYELASH EXTENSIONS WHICH LOOK ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! ALSO HAD GEL ON TOES AND HANDS WITH SILVER GEMS. MEGAN DID A WONDERFUL JOB. Today I booked in for a pedicure with Jayde, it was my first pedicure, and i will 100% be going back, she was friendly and professional and made me feel at ease, it was my first time out alone on months because of anxiety and I was very nervous, but Jayde put me at ease and even was able to fit me in for a manicure too, I can't recommend this place enough!

I visited this salon today to have a full set of individual lashes done by Chloe. From start to finish I can’t fault my experience there. Chloe was lovely and friendly and clearly knows her stuff. She asked me about the look I was trying to achieve and advised me about what will/won’t work etc. I was so pleased with the results and Chloe made me feel so at ease that I ended up having my brows waxed and tinted too! (something I hadn’t previously been brave enough to do!). The salon was also lovely and clean and the prices were very reasonable. I’ve booked in to go back for infills and will definitely be returning to have other treatments there too! Highly recommend!

Had express eyelashes done today by Megan. Was the first time I have had them done here and would hugely recomend anyone to have them done by her . She was really lovely and my lashes looked amazing, had lots of compliments that afternoon. Thank you . Will definitely be booking to have them done here when I want them done again.

Really friendly and thorough. The lady asked what I wanted from having a facial and listened and suggested what I could have. My face was so much clearer after having the facial, it really sorted out areas I'd been having trouble with for months. The place is value and the place looks great. I will definitely go back again and have recommended it to my friends.

My nail salon of choice in Leicester. Aimee does my nails perfectly every time, great acrylic overlays with OPI polish which lasts the full two weeks without a touch up. Stylish salon, professional friendly staff who are always welcoming. Very accommodating if you call to say you need to reschedule for any reason - i have double booked myself and run over at work at least half a dozen times and they have been very understanding. I look forward to my hour there every few weeks for a catch up.

The girls are really friendly and always have a good chat with you, Chloe looked after me for an eyebrow shaping and was very gentle and all the girls where very informative when I asked about tinting due to a allergy at a previous salon

LOVE THIS SALON! The Luxury Pedicure is AMAZING! Aimee the nail technician is lovely, she was very helpful and her foot massage was divine. Afterwards, I felt I was walking on air and also got to have my favorite shade of OPI nail lacquer to finish my pedicure. Would highly recommend this salon

The most expensive and the worst ever manicure in my life! I couldn’t imagine that manicure can be done so inaccurately! Gel was done with drops, not straight, like it was done by child who is playing in beauty salon game... next day after manicure gel came off from one finger, I soaked it off by myself as it looked terrible.

Most awkward customer service ever. Had my eyelashes done for the first time and it felt like so uncomfortable as I wasn't spoken to more then twice from start to finish which was weird seeing as I was a newby to such treatment. I was too shy to even point out that some of my lashes looked clumpy because the girl treating me was so uninviting,infact I had to ask to even go look in a mirror at the end and i wasnt given a moment to even put my make-up back on. Also the false lashes had been stuck under my lashes instead of on top which I've never heard of before. My eyes look puffy, my nose and throat stings and I could taste blood soon as I left. I never even got a smile or a thank you when paying. Dissapointed :( but I give 1 star because the salon is clean and nicely put together .

Came to the salon for a french manicure on my natural nails. Nail artist was very unsociable and the atmosphere was pretty awkward. she did all the coats at once and I left the shop with them wet so obviously they smudged before I got home. Very disappointed and won't be coming back :(

Had to cancel a treatment due to sickness, gave 3 days notice, and they had the cheek to send such intimidating message saying there is a 48hr cancellation policy and that next time I will be charged! Absolutely disgusted never would go back..!!!! After responding I got a response saying it was a mistake and was not meant for me....... yea right!
