Dipesh made the entire process of applying for a tier 2 dep. visa very straightforward. He was incredibly helpful with putting together all our documents, and submitting our application to the home office. This saved us a lot of time and effort, and well-worth the fees (which are really quite reasonable).

Dipesh assisted my husband and I with a routine spousal visa application following a recommendation from friends. The service was fast and professional. This was our second time applying for the same kind of visa, and we preferred Dipesh's way of working to that of the more expensive law firm we'd used for the previous application.

I was a client of a guy called Dipesh Shah. He seemed to be a competent lawyer, but turned out to be very unprofessional and completely unreliable. Despite the urgency of my case, the guy kept missing the deadlines he was setting by himself, not answering my emails and ignoring my calls. After several days of such behavior, I finally managed to reach him, he assured me that he'll do what he promised - and then missed his deadline again. After talking to him once again, he finally sent me the draft document, which was full of mistakes. After sending him an email clearly indicating my irritation with his unprofessional behavior and sloppy work - he informed me that he's dropping my case due to my attitude. What a guy! Having knowledge and skills is not sufficient - you also have to be professional, Dipesh. Save yourself your time and nerves and never hire this firm. Now to address their response below this review: Please don't try to make it look like my fault. You haven't addressed the main issues I've outlined - continuously missing the deadlines we agreed on, and not replying on my calls and emails. Of course, I was annoyed after days and days of that - but there was NO aggressive or forceful behavior from my side - perhaps impolite - for which I apologized already back then. From your side, you've never apologized for anything - for missing deadlines and for disappearing and not answering my calls and emails. The drat document you're referring to - was supposed to be a final document delivered to me a week before you sent this 'draft' - which clearly took 15 -20 min max to prepare. Furthermore, it did materially affect the case - as I had to urgently change the lawyer and pay much higher fees for the urgent processing. A formal letter - haven't received it yet, but you've probably sent it only after I sent you guys an official complaint. If you refuse to apologize, I'm intending to file a case with Legal Ombudsman, which I'm sure will make you to make an official apology.

AD Themis, and Mr Dipesh Shah, were absolutely brilliant. Dipesh carried out and oversaw all parts of my wifes process, and was meticulous, conscientious and efficient. Dipesh was always hugely supportive and approachable throughout the process, and made the entire process as smooth as possible for us. Both my wife and I are grateful for his work, and would strongly and unreservedly recommend AD Themis and Mr Dipesh Shah.

I needed to renew my visa but just had a baby and I thought it would be very stressful to applying visa Myself and was looking for an agency which supports people who apply visas. My friend recommended Mr Dipesh so I sent him a message 29th October 2018. On the same day, he responded me. I was glad to found him and thankful to my friend because he seemed professional. He also called me few days later about Visa and what I need to do etc. I really thought I didn’t need to worry about anything for applying Visa. After the phone call, I hadn’t received applying form so I sent him a message on 21st November 2018 then he delayed the responding but replied me on 17th December 2018. He mentioned he was busy which I understood as Brexit, end of year etc. Then I replied him on 15th January as I couldn’t reply him earlier but no reply from him. I thought he might busy as last time and I sent another message on 29th January as I wanted to apply my visa earlier than we planned. However he never replied me since then... so my husband and I had to do everything ourselves. It was really stressful as we expected this agency suggested us what to do. But he just disappeared. Even if he has some problems ( i hope nothing happens to him), his assistants should let people know he wouldn’t be able to help. Just disappeared is not a professional and the experience what we had is Very disappointing. There are some good reviews but why many of them just write 1 review?

People stay away from this FAKE solicitors. I had immigration matter and there is one them called Jarmila - she screwed up my case so much... It was the easiest and straightforward but she even didn't fill the application correctly. In the end i went to one in West midlands and all sorted. This company wasted my 1 year of time. Very poor service, don't waste your money on them.

A professional service from start to finish, would highly recommend!
