I did a Google search for immigration attorneys in the UK and came across Immigration Advice Service. When I called I was offered an unlimited time initial phone or video appointment with a lawyer at a very reasonable rate. I was able to get one for the next Monday morning. Charity Mapfeka was assigned to my case. I was very pleased with our long conversation. She was prompt, friendly, professional, informative, knowledgeable, prepared, and best of all left me feeling extremely hopeful. I look forward to working with her/them in the future years as I hopefully reside in Scotland. Highly recommend!

Naturally I was nervous starting the visa application process but straight away felt reassured during my initial consultation with Jason Griffifths on our video call meeting. I got the real impression that he wants the best for his clients and gives people the time they need to be clear on things.

I needed an immigration advice in regards to a UK visitor visa. I received a very detailed and clear response after they understood my situation. Also, instead of pushing me to pay for their services which will include fees, they suggested that the best thing is to reapply for the visa while bearing in mind some important considerations that they told me about in my application.

The Service was great. However, from the details I provided, they knew that my case was hopeless. They could simply tell me that by email instead of charging me £180 for consultation. The first 2 min of our discussion went like this " No, you can't because of Brexit" . Then I had nothing else to ask... So I started asking other questions about different matters that were irrelevant to my case. We ended the consultation after 30 min. I just thought that charging £180 wasn't fair!

Imelda was absolutely brilliant taking us through the British Citizenship application process. I was actually sceptical about the value of getting advice, since I had done some research myself, but it turns out there were a couple of things I missed and they could have affected the outcome.
