They were efficient, fast and very professional

This pharmacy they are crooks and scammers they don't provide covid certificate yet you pay £150 for testing kit which is free on NHS please be aware dont use this pharmacy for travel covid test

Another mask fraud. They are selling unisex masks that are huge for a woman face but they did not allow a refund. So I wasted money and could not get a proper mask.

I used to use this store frequently collecting medication's for my partner on a monthly basis. One day I went into the store to buy a product to be asked by who I assume was the store manager did I have his £40 ! Upon asking what he meant , he told me th at the last time I was in there my friend stole items amounting to £40 and we was working as a team. Informing me had us both entering and leaving the store together. A total coincidence as I informed him .he was very rude insisting I was a thief as I persisted to tell him otherwise. Was very annoyed and felt like attacking him as I am not a petty thief and felt aggrieved. I remained calm and left the store. The one star I give is for the assistant that wears the Muslim headscarf. Who has always been very pleasant and helpfull any time that I was in the store. The manager needs to take a leaf out of her book and get some manner's and people skills.

Went in to buy paracetamol and ibuprofen because I know these products are cheap. I paid £4 in total. This pharmacy are ripping people off. Way way too expensive. I bought it because i had to catch a train and was in pain. Otherwise I would have told them to keep it!

I went to this pharmacy to buy my prescribed high blood pressure medicine and the pharmacist gave me the wrong pills.
When in the pharmacy I was preparing myself to take my daily pill when I read the name in the box they gave me and it was not the same I used to take. I went back to the pharmacist and ask:
"Is this what is prescribed, Is not the same name?
The pharmacist went back to the other pharmacist that realized he has done a big mistake .
I told the pharmacist: "do you have any idea the risk you just put me trough just now?
Pharmacist reply : " We usually have the prescriptions checked by 2 pharmacists!
My reply: Really, 2 people checked the medicine against what was prescribed and you still give the wrong pills? Something is wrong don't you think?
I have 2 concerns at the moment:
First, and hopefully not, someone that was before me in the queue got my high blood pressure pills and secondly I DO NOT TRUST THIS PHARMACY AT ALL,I don't really know if they are getting me the correct pills for the purpose or the correct dosage.

Very rude disrespectful staff!
Refused to give me a perfume I am taking as a gift in hand to check the packaging!!! Said to me they can not judge people walking trough the door! Also not mentioning the actual price being different on the package!
Now I understand why other people spent time writing reviews about this place.

Really poor pharmacist. I was recommended an OTC (P) medicine by the doctor and the pharmacist refused to supply it to me. Wanted me to go back to doctor and get a prescription wasting another 3-4 days while I remain ill. I am articulate and well dressed and this is typical of a poor attitude. Do not recommend.

I've only been there once but I am extremy happy with the service. I had been to 2 more pharmacies looking for a medicine I need as part of a treatment. In one of them they didn't have it and couldn't even order it because it was out of stock. The second one sent me to this one because they made me believe if they order it it'd take 4-5 days (after I cried out of frustration they said they could get it for the afternoon but still told me to try City Pharmacy first). I later found out it was an expensive medicine. When I went to City Pharmacy the lady who served me made it her mission to find it for me even though she was told it was out of stock. I saw her making a few calls and telling them how important it was. And she did! She called me later to let me know it'd be ready for me to collect it the day after. I even bought her a box of chocolates, because she was doing her job but understood the situation and went the extra mile to help me.

I speak everyone I know about this place. Most folks don't know what an independent pharmacy is... but once you try it, you'll never go back to a commercial store. I mean, would you fairly go to an urgent care or your own doctor? It's the same thing. I will certainly not go anywhere else, but only here.

BE VERY AWARE: they issue meds that about to EXPIRE. If possible GO to Boots or other chained pharmacy.
This pharmacy as other individual owned pharmacies, uses their own money to stock the meds, then use the prescription note to ask NHS for the money back. So they REALLY want their meds to sell before it goes bad!!
Got my meds at late Jan, has been taking them regularly but slowly, that should last me for about half a year. Today find out they expire in April, this same year.
Usually when you go to H&B you get a big discount at near-expiration-date stuff. Here? Nothing even not a warning,
DESPICABLE, will never go again.

I found the staff really unhelpful and rude. They did not listen to what I said and prescribed me with something I told them I am allergic too. They then refused to refund me even though it was sealed and I had a receipt. I would not go back there again.
