We are renting with Home Leasing Hove at the moment and just thought I'd mention what a good experience we've had so far. After renting with the Brighton office last year and having such a good experience, we were immediately keen to continue renting within the company. The Hove team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Alex, in particular, is an absolute delight. He is always so happy and chirpy on the phone which really does help!

Contrary to another of the reviews posted here I actually had an extremely pleasant experience with Home Leasing. Absolutely friction-less with few issues. Alex was quick to respond the few times I had any form of issue and after 12 months of living in one of their properties, I can't say I had any problems whatsoever. They contacted me with good notice when viewings where scheduled and it appears that they are being extremely reasonable in regards to the return of my deposit. I'm just waiting on the final amount to be returned and save for any surprises, I'm very happy with the final amount. They've a very fair interpretation of "Reasonable ware and tear". I've used several Agencies in Brighton, and I can rather comfortably say that this has been the easiest experience I've had so far. I would recommend Home Leasing *At least the Hove Branch* to professionals and students alike, good experience, thanks guys.

The worts experience I ever had with an agency, not only made me pay 6 month in advance of rent, they also took my deposit because they said that it was not clean enough ( I took a professional cleaning company to ensure it was..and they took my deposit anyways) they also were extremely rude. They also gave the wrong lecture of my last electricity bill and I received a more than 1000 pounds bill, and putted me in a huuuuge problem. Seriously stay away from that agency if you don't want to have massive headaches.

Very helpful staff, especially Simon is very good man
