We have just moved into our flat in Brighton and throughout this process, Juliette and AR Lettings have been so responsive, helpful, informative and genuine. During our search, there was a distinct lack of flats due to the time of year and the pandemic, which added a lot of stress to the experience. When we found our current flat, Juliette promptly organised our viewing and reassured us during the application process which made the experience so much easier. I would recommend AR Lettings over any other lettings agency in Brighton, they truly care about their tenants.

I wholeheartedly recommend AR Lettings. Austin Rees have successfully and proactively managed the estate where my property is located for a number of years now so, when I decided to move out and rent my house out, I approached AR Lettings as I saw the benefits of having a joined-up approach with the overall estate management. However, I was cautious as I didn't see them as one of the big players on the scene and that their "shop front" was up in Seven Dials rather than on Western Road so I was determined to verify whether they would be able to let my property successfully. I needn't have had any concerns whatsoever: from the moment that I met Brad Austin, he gave me complete confidence and completely surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed with the service that he offered and the prompt detailed follow-up that I experienced. The photos that he arranged were absolutely stunning and we had a full-price offer on the house within a week of it being advertised on-line; Brad got all the references carried out quickly and efficiently, arranged a full clean after we moved out and the new tenants moved in the following week. The whole process and follow-up was completely smooth and absolutely fantastic. I was also particularly like that he has proactively assembled and vetted a committed array of trades people who are able to undertake any type of necessary work in a joined-up, efficient, courteous and economical manner. Full marks to AR Lettings for a great service. Thank you.

I just had the best Moving-to-mynewflat- experience with AR Lettings ever. I came from a nightmare with a different agency, with different referencing company, where after 1 month of “ pushing to get answers” and upsets, still did not know wether I had my flat or not. I gave up, viewed a lovely flat in Hove with the super kind Juliette, and in 1 Week of total human understanding, efficiency and daily communication, I got my flat by the sea! We have been with AR lets as tenants for about 2.5 years, they have always been very responsive and have a lovely team.
Any problems with the flat have always been dealt with really quickly and efficiently. The team are also very understanding. One of our flatmates is trans and hasn't changed their legal name yet, but AR have used the correct name in all informal communication. Which is really great.
Brad and Juliette are really friendly and have been very understanding during COVID. If we weren't moving out of Brighton we'd happily stay with them.

Ms Juliette Dartois, who took me through the whole process, has been outstanding! She made things very easy for me and was available at all times.
She comes from a French background, which is a huge plus, given the rising French community in Brighton. I myself come from France and it was a huge advantage to be able to collaborate in French with Juliette.

I was against the clock in finding somewhere new to live, and over Xmas and during lockdown. However, Julliette was quick to respond and get me in for a viewing; what a difference compared to the other properties I had previously seen!
I was kept up-to-date througout the referencing process and secured the property 2 days later.
As expected, entering any new property, there have been a few fixable problems. These have all been dealt with within 24 hours.
I have no doubt that my time in this property will be smooth and happy, due to the superb service they have provided so far.

Apparently lettings agents can actually...be good?
I've had some dreadful experiences in the past as I've been renting in Brighton for over 10 years. I can honestly say that this was the most painless process EVER.
Juliette was so kind and generally great! Everything was sorted so fast and I was put at ease really quickly. I was always emailed back and all my questions were answered.
If I need to move again, I will do everything I can to stay with these guys.
