They have just carried out a store refit, it has a bigger home section. As well as cloths, and more importantly food, the staff are friendly and help full. And the store is clean, they also have a cafe which sells reasonably priced food which is good quality and good portions size.

Lots of customers flouting the face covering rule with total disregard for others. People not keeping their distance and acting aggressively if you ask them to stand two meters - this happened in the aisles and checkout. The staff don't do anything. These selfish idiots have zero accountability if they infect and/or kill someone...complete selfishness.

Nice size supermarket, lots of fresh produce, fresh vegetables abs fruit, fresh baked breads, cakes and pastries, fresh fish counter, fresh butcher counter, fresh pizza counter and flowers. There is a cafe, timpsons for key cutting, shoe repairs and dry cleaning services, a pharmacy and a public toilet. Children's toys, some homeware, international food from Poland , India, Asia, America, the Caribbean and Jewish/kosher products. Service here isn't great, a lot of the staff seem to be in a world of their own, there are often a lot of empty shelves and empty boxes just left on the floor. The self checkout is inadequate for the size of this shop and some of the security precautions they have taken are at the expense of the customer (gates that lock you in when you enter the shop so you need security to let you out if you decide not to buy anything, all alcoholic spirits being behind a separate counter so you can't have a good look at a bottle of alcohol before you decide to buy it).

There is a member of staff that makes this whole lockdown shopping experience pleasurable. He engages with staff and customers. The energy that he brings to Morrisons- Kentish Town is infectious. I really do hope that his seniors recognise that he is an asset to the company.

Not impressed at all in the cafe ordered food at at self-service pay station I paid for it took the number waited for the food when food came something hadn't arrived we were then told you had to get it yourself from the fridge when went to get it they didn't have any so had to get something different when my turkey and stuffing roll came the turkey was like rubber not proper turkey
They need to be more informative of how things works and better quality turkey.

I would have given more if they labelled the aisles better. Some items I wanted weren't logically located from where they should be. They've also removed the Baking section so it's now tucked away in the far corner of the store.

It's strange due to this lock down on a lot of shops morrisons have more stuff than what they normally have on the selfs so when the lock down is completely over does this mean thay will go back to normal with nothing on the selfs
