Very reasonable price and good wide range. The reduce in stars is because when going to self checkout we noticed that the packing area where your food gose was very dirty. With covid 19 it should be clean regularly to prevent cross contamination.

Today at 06.45 am I stood on a queue in front of Morrison Store in Chalk Farm Road to buy some very essential products for family. I was desperate to buy those products as we don’t have any things in the kitchen. And last two days I have gone to several stores to buy those but the shelves were empty. I asked the worker to get some products from the back stock. But they replied they don’t have any more. The answer was same in all stores. So, I came very early today to buy those essential products.
At 07.00 am doors were open for customers. There were 15/16 people in front of me in the queue. We went inside but found all the shelves were almost empty. There were no rice, floor, pasta, hand sanitiser, chicken and many isles were empty. That means, they did not bring those products in the store today. But yesterday I received an email from Morrison Head office about products availability. They advised not to stock or panic as they have enough stock. But today what I have seen is totally devastating. If we would go an hour later in the shop, they would say, every thing has gone. I understand they did not sell anything what we need most.

Good shopping experience as you can get most items at moderately reasonable prices and generally there is a wide choice available. Car park with plenty of spaces and there is also two dedicated buses 393 and 27. Outside cashpoint and a Morrisons petrol station located nearby.

If you're in the area this always a great supermarket to visit.

Due for an overhaul, this Morrisons is largely fine. The produce is good and the prices are fair. The music they play whilst shopping is surprisingly good and makes a huge difference to the shopping experience - Seriously, they play some very interesting music.
The staff are mostly very friendly, yet the customers are a real mixed bunch and sometimes taint the experience: some are very charming and eccentric, others simmer with aggression (no one likes doing a weekly shop I suppose!).
The management could do better by having the deli counter actually manned - on almost every visit in the last year, the counter is missing staff, and it takes repeated detours past the deli before getting lucky and finding someone who can help.
The other annoyance is the location of produce. For example, if you want to buy coconut milk, you will find +5 different varieties in +5 different places throughout the store. Some will be in world foods, others will be in the healthy section, some will be in with tinned goods, and some will be in the general ingredient section. It would be a lot easier if all types of produce were grouped together.
At the time of writing, Morrisons was still open. I'm not sure how long this will last because developers are rumoured to have bought the land. Certainly the petrol station has closed and the land is already being redeveloped.

Friendly staff well organised social distancing and maintaining nicely orderly fashioned line. Trolls cleaned. They offer hand sanitizer to shoppers.
Car park good size and child parking. Not sure about rest room or changing rooms; didn't see any signs.
They exercise vulnerable group to go in ahead of lines as well as are PREGNANT that's a real help.

Gone down hill fast. Shelves unstocked, only staff available are those making amazon orders. No in store assistants available. Run out of same products due to poor management. Lazy because they have captive market. Went down hill in last 5 years. Shop elsewhere.
