As I haven''t been able to buy my favourite coffee in France for over a year I have been ordering 24 packs of coffee at a time. Just taken receipt of my 3rd order, which also included fine et forte Dijon mustard this time which I also usually buy on holiday in France. Orders arrive promptly, well packed (perhaps a little too well considering the contents haven't not been breakable until this order. The packing is the biodegradable starch variety, just put it on the compost heap and run some water over it..

It is fantastic to find a supermarket which offers the things that I would have bought in France pre covid-19. I can't buy much because postage is prohibitive, but what I can are a joy. I would just ask Europafoods to find a more reasonably priced carrier so that I can enjoy more of their products.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Many items arrived damaged.
Their customer service blamed DPD when the parcel was really poorly packed in the first place, with heavy items on top of lighter ones, a box too large for it's content, and no mention that the parcel was fragile and perishable on the outside of the box.
Naturally, I threw in the bin the leaking boxes of soups and inedible broken biscuits and soaking wet Cantal cheese. I then proceeded to contact their customer service to ask for a refund. The day after, they responded to inform me that to receive a refund, I would have to send back the damaged items.
I am not in the mood to dig through my bin, and pack leading boxed of soup and biscuits crumbs in plastic bags to avoid causing a mess to DPD drivers. After this, they've asked for more pictures, but the items are now in the building communal bin and for basic hygiene and health and safety reasons, it is not reasonable to ask me to find which bin bag was mine, open it, and locate the products. So I guess all I can do is strongly recommend AGAINST this shop and its extremely poor customer service.
(FrenchClick takes ages to deliver but at least, the food from there arrives in decent conditions.)
Update: contrary to what their response says, they did not offer to send any replacement in their original email.
Update 2: to send replacement, they want me to ship them the damaged items, ie they're asking me to book a DPD delivery for a bin bag. I cannot believe it. Especially since I already put the bin bag in the building communal bin.
Update 3: After calling me 3 times in 6 minutes and sending me one email, which I responded to, they're still refusing to find a solution. I informed them that the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says that services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and in my opinion, they did not use reasonable care and skill when they provided this service. This is unfortunate, but to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else after me, I reported the business to Trading Standards.

I have been ordering my favourites French products since July last year, once or twice a month, and I can't recommend this company enough.
I can find everything I want. It is a bit pricey but worth it, to get a taste from home, when you can't travel anymore. Perfect to lift spirits :-)
The deliveries are usually on time, or slightly delayed but it has never been an issue. All the products are delivered by friendly drivers, and everything is there each time. My next delivery is tomorrow, I'm completely addicted to Europa Food!

The range of products, the reasonable pricing ( compare to similar UK based French shops), ease of use of the website , reliability of delivery and great timely communication on both delivery slots and availability of products as well a useful and friendly staff are just a few things I feel makes them the best in their field. 3 online orders made so far and I am very happy with the service and the range of products they offer. Nearly all my favourite French products are available. Prices are a bit higher than in France but reasonable compared with some other merchants. Free delivery service is rare for groceries and amazing! First two orders went smoothly, I had an issue with the third one but they were quick to resolve it and pleasant to deal with overall. I 100% recommend it and will keep on using them. A French friend of mine recommended this place to me some years ago. We used to go to France regularly in happier pre-Covid years ad would always bring a huge stock of lovely French products. Sadly, we have not I had the opportunity to go to France for over a year now and I have been really missing some of the things that we used to buy in bulk. I was very pleasantly surprised that Europafood stocks a lot of our favourites. The website is easy to use, the products are reasonably priced and the delivery is free if you are doing a big order. Placed an order, received the invoice which was overcharged compared to what I ordered, they charged me twice for a soup). I obviously complained and received a call from a guy who insulted me over the phone!!!! Now, they refuse to refund promptly and refuse to send the parcel! These people are horrible people. Useless to say, I'm going to Small Claim Court to get my money back and more.

I ordered online 7.12.2020 and my order didn't go through but i received an e-mail saying the order was approved. I tried calling the number on the website but its not working. I messaged on the chat function on the website and no answer. I also e-mailed all addresses on their website and no answer from those either, or on their Facebook page. The phone number on the website is also not working.
Extra info: I just had a phone call from Europa food to say my order wouldn't be processed as i left them a 1 star review! how shameful is that!! the woman on the phone was also extremely ignorant and had not offered help at all. basically just called to say my order wouldn't be processed due to the review on Google!
Terrible company, would never even consider ordering with them again..
