Great service all round. Was given a few different options for what i needed and honest advice for which would be best. Great care from Yusuf and nurse Lauren, first injection i have not been able to feel. Very impressed. And many thanks to receptionist Kay, Always very professional and friendly and patient finding me a suitable appointment. I Still travel over an hour to this practice after moving away, as found local dentists provide less care and seem more concerned with making money.

My mother has just received a course of treatment from Shilpa and as she is 94 she was very concerned. However, Shilpa and everyone at the practice were very supportive and considerate which made her experience so much easier. The outcome was also excellent giving her her smile back.

I joined your practice after I'd had a couple of really horrible experiences with a dentist in Leicester that left me quite traumatised and nervous about visiting the dentist, Shilpa has looked after me so well over the years, last week i had a tooth out something that I was obviously very nervous about having done. Shilpa was her usual lovely self even when my tooth seemed to not want to come out. Thank you all so much for looking after me so well. every single member of staff that I came into contact with was friendly, positive and absolutely gorgeous I am so grateful. I would highly recommend them especially for people who are scared of the usual dentist

Highly recommended!! We came to Desford Dental Care after a horrific incident at another practice, which put our daughter off dentists for life! However, Ria and the team have looked after our family’s teeth for many years now. Our girls love coming to the dentist now and always leave with a smile on their face. Ria is extremely competent and the team of nurses and receptionists are all so welcoming.

Was recently referred to Desford Dental Care after severe tooth pain. From the front of house team, dental nurses and dentists themselves I received friendly and professional treatment. All Covid related protocols are excellent and felt very reassured by them. It turned out I needed an extraction, which is actually the first type of dental work I've ever had. Despite being a bit nervous, Yussuff and the team did an excellent job explaining the procedure, risks etc. and thankfully were able to complete the procedure successfully without any issue. The aftercare has been excellent and it's clear the whole team genuinely care about the patients they see. To the whole team at Desford Dental Care, thank you for looking after me.

The best dental surgery if you are nervous like me. All the team are friendly and helpful receptionist are chatty and pleasant to make you feel relaxed. Hanish is the most gentle dentist and ensures you are comfortable at all times. All the dentists and hygienists and nurses are are lovely . They offer every kind of dentistry you would need to make your teeth perfect from routine care to cosmetic dentistry. I would definitely recommend this practice.

As a nervous patient I never feel happy about a trip to the dentist, but Ria and the team make it as comfortable and pleasant as it can be. I’ve had a fair bit of work done and now don’t feel as frightened of going. I always know that treatment is taken step by step and will be stopped if I put my hand up.

Since Bruce has taken over my dental care my fear of the dentists has disappeared he is very careful, considerate and patient, he explains everything fully and makes sure that the patient is happy to proceed, he is an absolute asset to the practice so who ever is in charge you need to offer him a permanent job ASAP before someone else beats you too it!

To say I was forced into it is an understatement, but Hanish made me feel instantly welcome and reassured. He worked out a full dental plan to get me back on track and is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. So my story starts....
Desford Dental Care is absolutely amazing! For myself and for my 2 year old daughter.
I have been to a lot of Dentists in my area but did not feel reassured or comfortable at all and I created a fear of going to the dentist. After my very first check up with Ria it was just amazing, comforting and such a high standard! My mind was put at rest the moment I finally got myself in the dentist chair. I can’t thankyou enough for all your hard work and happy smiles I always get when I see you for my checkups.
My little girl at the age of 2 had a fall bumping her mouth causing a large chip on her front tooth, so I rang Desford Dental Care who we are both registered with and explained what happened to the receptionist. The lady on the phone called Kay was so reassuring putting my mind at rest that everything was going to be ok. She even managed to book an appointment to see Ria the next morning, which was fantastic!
So myself and my little girl went to our appointment with Ria. She walked in so well to Ria who was just so full of smiles and was so positive in everything she said. There was different options offered for my little girl and her broken tooth. I was so nervous and worried about the whole procedure but Ria definitely put my mind at rest. So we decided to go ahead with a composite white filling on the front tooth. This was a very very scary moment in my life! Daisy was such a good girl, with encouragement from the nurse and Ria she had it all done! I was amazed by the whole procedure, all of that worry was gone. The aftercare of being told what to look out for also put my mind at rest aswell.
I can’t thank each and every single one of you enough for all the encouragement, positive attitude, smiles, reassurance and welcoming faces at Desford Dental Care!
I will not be moving to any any other dentist again, after years of trying to find somewhere I feel comfortable I can raise my hands and say.... YES FINALLY!

I have just completed a lengthy and complex denture treatment with Keshvi and Andrea. The consistency of these ladies is excellent. Keshvi is lively but understanding and above all...patient! Both of these ladies deserve a medal for seeing me through this lengthy process. I first found Desford Dental care a few years back when I needed an emergency dentist and wasn't registered anywhere, they were very quick to get me in and sorted my problem out promptly. Everyone that works at Desford is lovely and all of them remember me every time I go. I soon registered for regular check ups and after speaking with Hanish (my dentist) a few times I decided to make a life changing decision and get a brace. Everything was handled professionally and the quality of care is unrivalled. I have already recommended Desford to all of my family and friends. 18 moths after making that decision I am as happy as I have ever been. As silly as it sounds I now smile again because my teeth look great and are healthy. This is a dentist for life.

However I didn't need to be..Everyone at desford made me feel very welcome and at ease, I'm always recommending them to people. I now see Ria, she's extremely friendly and great at her job and last year helped me with some crooked front teeth. I used the Inman aligner and within 6 weeks she had got my teeth straight and looking great, couldn't be happier! Thank you Ria and your lovely team

Be cautious to get involved with this practice. They are very unfair and unscrupulous. Out for all they can get. Had to cancel an appointment over the bank holiday there was no facilities to do this. No clear instructions on the answer message, just opening times ect. They charge you for cancelling even though there is no way of cancelling if they are closed 24 hours prior to your appointment. Very very unfair. And they dont care or consider the circumstances. Totally unreasonable practice.

Fantastic dental practice. Great staff, and lovely surgery. I have spent the last four weeks transforming my smile with the help of Shilpa. She has done biocelar composites on four of my teeth and the results are amazing. I’ve also had a new wire retainer and plastic retainer and nothing has been a problem. A great dentist with a lovely welcoming atmosphere and very COVID safe, all measures have been taken to avoid you having contact with any other patient and you feel totally at ease, great organisation from you all. Thanks to shilpa and all the staff at Desford Dental :)
