Had to change dentist due to reasons I won't go into but found mydentist online. Amazing service from all the staff. I was seen and treated very quickly and can't praise Mohammed Waqas Tahir enough. He explained all my treatment options and the chosen procedure fully. He did such an amazing job that I couldn't feel a thing and didn't even know that it was finished. Very friendly and professional service.

Update to the review bellow. eventually my wife got to see a different dentists. Chap called Tahir. He was excellent and knew how to talk to and treat autistic patience. I cant recommend him highly enough. if this was a review purely for him it would have 5 stars. Alas I must still take into account the horrible situation which got us there. But his care and the care of the frontline staff on the day was faultless. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Claim they are prioritising patients who have been in pain during lockdown. This appears to be a lie. My Vulnerable wife who has ADHD and Autism has had on and of severe pain all through lockdown and in the last weeks it has become constant and unbearable. Even co-codamol only takes the edge of and allows her an hour or two of sleep. Her 'Dentist' is telling her that it has to get WORSE before they will see her. it has to bleed or swell up. in other words they are asking her to wait until it can only be saved by an expensive treatment and otherwise to live in 24hour agony. This goes against everything a medical practitioner of any sort should be advising.

Outstanding practice, truly wonderful people. After suffering with a chronic (and ridiculously painful) infection for a long time, I needed to find a dentist. On my ridiculously long list of dentists I had to call was Mydentist Coalville, wowzers! Life savers. An incredible lady named Sarah answered the phone & sorted everything, I was booked in for an extraction and a week later an absolute awesome duo namely Stan and Helen removed my horrible tooth I cried with happiness, I had felt no pain whatsoever! I thanked everyone profusely, paid and left, giggling to myself all the way home knowing I was now on the road to recovery. I cannot thank everyone at this practice enough, the team that has been built here is outstanding, I was so happy when I left you'd think I'd just been to Disneyworld not the flipping dentist. This is now MY dentist, I adore them. A HUUUUGE thanks to Sarah, Helen and Stan and all the girls on reception, every single one of you made my experience awesome. xxxxxxx

I've used this dental practice several times recently. not only Is the practice immaculate, the service is excellent also. good communication between staff and patient regarding appointments. friendly staff and excellent dental treatment. highly recommended and will definately use for future treatment .

As a very nervous patient I felt I had to do a review of the treatment I received from Stanislaw my dentist, I really can’t rate him highly enough he made me feel totally at ease and was very patient with me as I was extremely nervous , the treatment went to plan and totally pain free ! Very long standing complaint with this dentist. Had a filling here which resulted in jaw / bite problems, which I'm still suffering with over 12 months later. After going back multiple times to them to find a resolution, they just seemed to have very little time and almost spoke like I was imagining the problem... In addition to the damage to my jaw, I registered for a new dentist who did an X-ray as part of my initial visit and showed me that the filling itself was of a poor standard, leaving a gap at the base of the filling with the potential to get infected. My new dentist suggested I go back to my dentist and give them the opportunity to fix this. Apparently these things happen sometimes, but the solution mydentist offered was very unreasonable - they wanted to charge me for them to redo the filling , despite it being within a couple of weeks and the filling being under warranty. Out of principle and because I wanted to get the work done ASAP, I opted to have the procedure performed by my new dentist who resolved this without being aggressive with my jaw joint. I'm more than willing to give a company chance to correct their mistakes before writing a public review, so I raised a complaint with them through MyDentist's website, initial conversation was good but after a while of not getting anything resolved they just stopped corresponding with me. I'm in the position now where my jaw is in pain daily, it affects my day to day life including sleep, exercise and focus at work and mental well-being. I have been fortunate recently, after going to the hospital several times, and have been referred for physiotherapy sessions to try and repair the damage done. Ultimately, I regret ever coming to this dentist. Positives were the reception staff were friendly and the second dentist I visited (Stan I think) was a friendly guy. I also had a good experience with a teeth whitening here, which was a private procudure rather than NHS. It just seems that the dentists performing NHS treatments aren't given the time to really help patients in the correct way, ultimately resulting in poor service and errors.

Poor service called today at 1.30pm but their telcon messahe said they are closed and strangely gave openjng times until 8pm

The worst experience ever. I never had such a bad experience like in this Clinic. i have paid 30£ for my first check. I made the appointment with Polish dentist but of course, i have been seen by somebody else. Some lady dentist - foreign. I sat in the chair and she started to check my teeth, when she got wrong twice on which tooth is missing. I told myself, she doesnt know what she is doing. i am not going to write here full story but the job what she done was absolutly disapointment and now i have to go to different dentist to correct the problem which is going to cost me around 300£. so i would not recommend this clinic or at least the lady dentist!!

Used this dentist few years ago and they were very professional, clean and always gave me the options to choose from (IE... Root Canal or Extraction . Moved area but back in area and back at this dentist . My second experience is just as good as my first . The bad reviews on here are not correct at all .

The emergency dentist I seen was a horrible lady who didn’t care about my teeth what so ever !!!! Just because I had crowns done abroad it’s there problem not hers!!! No duty of care I will not be going back
