I took my 12 year old son today for an Orthodontist first assessment. We feel so blessed to have NHS treatment, particularly with the current Covid interruptions. The clinic was clean and efficient. The orthodontist we saw was actually refreshingly informal and put my son at ease with his jokes and friendly banter. It was very obvious that he had years of experience and we all laughed a lot, which was unusual and much appreciated! Not a massive amount of information imparted, but we left with a clear plan of what's next and fitted in for 5 weeks, when the braces are fitted. Very happy.

Would like to take this opportunity to thank my Dentist for her fantastic work last week. I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted which was causing me sleepless nights through pain and a bit of worry on my part as I find a trip to the Dentist a bit nerve racking. This tooth had caused me problems in the past as the hospital couldn't remove it because I had a nerve rapped round the tooth. The Dentist made me feel relaxed numbed my mouth and I couldn't believe she had my tooth out in about 30 seconds. No drilling either. The relieve. I was so pleased. Worry over. A big thank you. I won't be apprehensive when I have my next visit. Thank you.????

Absolutely fantastic levels of customer service. I have had 2 emergency dental procedures over lockdown. I did have anxiety over visiting the dentist but not anymore. The whole experience was reassuring, relaxing and very professional. I cannot praise this dentist and dental practise enough.

Pretty much standard experience. However, a little empathy wouldn’t go a miss when someone takes the trouble to explain their absence due to secondary bone cancer treatment and the possibility of Osteonecrosis (jaw related problems) that comes with chemotherapy. It was like talking in Japanese for all the interest I received???? I don’t expect special treatment, just a little bit of compassion seeing as my diagnosis is terminal.

Been fine but just lately cannot get through to them. Text you to cancel appointments which happens quite frequently and trying to phone to rearrange is a 2 to 3 day task as they never answer the phone. End up calling in personally.

Oh dear ! Why does this dental practice never answer the phone? They are keen to point out missed appointments, but make it extremely difficult to call them to cancel one!

Never answer the phone, been trying to rearrange more than 24 hours before my appointment, but they never answer so missed 2 appointments in a row, now they threaten to de register me for missing 2 appointments! Horrid!

Paid £22 for a 5 minute examination but the website said I would get advice on keeping teeth healthy, an xray and would be offered scale and polish if needed, that didn't happen.
Just felt it was all a rush get them in, get them out take their money.

The receptionist karen o Kate customer service was rude. She was inexperienced and did not know what she was doing.! Staff need re training and they have a "don't care" attitude. My husband treatment was awful. Would recommend Smile dentist and others in coalville

Terrible treatment very rough. Pulled out my husbands tooth then asked him to sign the consent form afterwards. Performed a clean on my teeth without asking if I was happy to have this done.

Terrible can’t get through ever on the phone my husband has been back twice in last 2 weeks with bad toothache can’t find the problem, change dentists frequently was brilliant when we joined its gone downhill dramatically would not recommend

Awful mis diagnosed a root chanel left in a lot of pain until the day after when i saw a different dentist who could actually do his job properly who sorted it .... go somewhere else especially for emergency dental care
