Cavendish dental practice is superb, I have just had a tooth extracted after having problems through lock down. The service they provide is fantastic, the way they work now due to regulations is amazing it is still such a calm and caring environment. I am a extremely nervous patient and Dr sadeerah and her dental nurse always put me at ease as soon as I walk through the door. Pain free every time. Wonderful staff so attentive.

I never usually write reviews but despite still feeling a little unwell I had to come on here and speak about my experience. Cavendish dental practice has been my only dentist, I would always have my treatments done my Dr Malhi (BESTTT dentist by far). It had been a week I had been unwel due to a broken tooth so I made an emergency appointment and didn’t really care who was going to treat it at the time as long as it was fixed! The day before I had a telephone call from Dr Poonam Chitkara and she was so so lovely, Iv not had much good experience with NHS but she actually cared and treated me like a human being and not just a patient! When I went to my appointment I wasn’t uneasy or uncomfortable despite the current pandemic, she was absolutely amazing and so caring, she was assisted with Nurse Orletta (I hope Iv got her name right) again she was so lovely too! Keep up the excellent work guys.

She had an appointment this week and all the staff demonstrate best practice fulfilling hygiene and safety standards re covid 19. Felt very safe. I have always received excellent care at Cavendish and my visit last week was no exception. Firstly all the Covid measures in place make you feel very safe. Unfortunately I broke my tooth however amazingly, Shweta managed to squeeze me in for a temporary solution, which was a huge relief and saved any further pain. She always explains what work is being done and why. Very professional and easy to talk to, a credit to the practice.
Thanks also to David, always offering a friendly conversation that puts you at ease as soon as you walk through the door, leaving a smile on your face. Cavendish definitely lives up to its ethos of calm and caring dentistry.

I have recently had treatment at Cavendish Dental Practice and the service provided is excellent, the staff are extremely efficient, professional, kind and caring. I was really nervous for the procedure but Dr Harps Saduera put me at ease, she was extremely thorough and went through my medical history before treating me. She explained everything to me and calmed my nerves. I can honestly say that Harps is one of the nicest people I’ve met, I would highly recommend this Practice.

Amazing customer service and really friendly staff. Came here for a checkup and they followed government guidelines kept all patients 2 meters apart as-well as ensuring all patients wore a mask and hand sanitised. All staff members were wearing top notch PPE gear which is great to see. The dentist I was with she was amazing and really friendly and gave good advice with regards to oral hygiene. The dental nurse Rukhsar I think her name was also amazing had everything prepared before I walked into the consultation/ surgery room. She was knowledgeable and well prepared and assured the dentist really well.
Better than a lot of dental surgeries around the Derby area. Keep up the amazing work!

Booked an appointment for a second opinion with this surgery as was unsure of existing surgeries advice and was extremely impressed with the set up here and the professional approach to my query.
Booked to go private and had a Bridge fitted which im highly delighted with.
Unfortunately not currently taking any more NHS patients otherwise I would consider transferring ,
Will however be back for more private work in the future as Im that confident with them advising and completing the work successfully.

I am probably the most nervous person out there when i clmes to dentists but i have to say that Haseeba was so so understanding and talked me through the whole visit, not rushing and fully understanding of my fears.
Same could be said about the dentist, Shweta k, although she had to refer me on to get sedation.
She managed to treat the teeth that were causing pain.

Absolutely great customer service, friendly and happy to help, referred me for wisdom tooth no issues xrays taken straight away and referred same day, repaired wisdom tooth best they could to prevent more pain or infection. Best experience I've ever had with a dental surgery hands down.

No one likes Dentists, especially myself, but for me the service here is excellent in what is a very difficult climate right now. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, but I have to give special thanks to my dentist Shweta Khanolkar who is very calm and understanding, she is probably the best dentist I have seen. Also, prior to this pandemic I was seeing the therapist Nicola Deakin, who is excellent at what she does. I would also like to add that they are protecting patients and staff with excellent measures in place during this pandemic.

Outstanding. Very efficient and the staff were very caring. I had to have a tooth removed and their hospitality was excellent, they made sure I knew what was happening and that i was comfortable (at least as much as possible when having a tooth removed)

I have been coming to this dental practice for over 25 years. Staff are always courteous and polite and handle any situation with care and professionalism at all times.
I frequent this practice 4 times annually to visit the hygienist and of course more if I need the actual dentist herself.
I wouldn't go anywhere else to be honest.

I arrived at 11:30 and was greeted by Kirsty who was very friendly and gave me a warm welcome, then I was only seated for 5 minutes when I was called in to see my dentist again they' were very friendly and welcoming I sat down and with the staff I felt at ease the dentist continued to talk to me to let me know what was happening and in no time things were over I had my new crown. Brilliant .

I called and was given an appointment that same day and treated as though I was a regular visitor here, made to feel very welcome - reception staff are lovely and showed me to a waiting room for where I’d wait for the consultation of my veneers.
No pressure to make any decisions on what work I’d want on my teeth, given an abundance of information and told to have a good think. Very clear, friendly and informative.

From start to finish for my braces treatment, Dr Mahli and the team at Cavendish Dental Practice have been amazing. The whole process was fully explained to me, Dr Mahli and David talked me through each stage I went through, and thw treatment did not finish until Dr Mahli was completely satisfied with the results. I am over the moon with the results and never thought this could be achieved. I would 100% recommend Dr Mahli for orthodontic treatment. Thank you so much to everyone at Cavendish Dental Practice.
