Went yesterday for emergency treatment to have 2 extractions. Everyone was really nice and the procedure for the prevention against covid 19 was done professionally. As a nervous patient to start with at this surgery previously, i can honestly say that now i am happy to go to the dentist. The staff are all pleasant and the treatment you have is painfree . I would recommend Cavendish Dental Practise to anyone who is of an anxious or nervous disposition. Thankyou to the staff there for the top care they provide.

I am registered at this place for 3 years. Always I have to see the trainer dentist upstairs and this one changes every year. The dentist I did see before was always very nice ladies. And always help my problems. This time I came for check and saw new dentist upstairs. I did not feel nice with her. She doesn't listen to my problems and I did not feel confident with her like she does not know correct procedure and room was too hot and did not smell nice in there. But for me the worse things was that dentist and her assistant was talking very bad about another member of the staff I think was a dentist from downstairs. I think this is very bad manners and not professional and not good when they have client in there. And I think they was thinking maybe my English was not good this is why they do it. Maybe they can talk about clients in this way aswell. I will not go to her again. And my tooths are in lots of pain still.

When I first came to this practice I could not come alone. I have huge anxiety and panic attacks. The work that my dentist has done with me is unbelievable. To the extent that I can now come alone and have a tooth removed all during Covid. Thank you Dr Saduera and team x

Don’t waste your time elsewhere.
I moved from a big private dentist in Mickleover after being recommended by friends. Had my first appointment today. Wow. Wow ???? wow ????. Very polite. Really knowledgable caring and understanding. This dentist was amazing. She set me up with a prescription for the hygienist. Said will send you a repeat appointment in 3 months. Makes me wonder why I didn’t join earlier. Thanks again.

Been at this surgery for a number of years and always found it very professional and pleasant and the reception team and the nurses have always been so lovely. The last year I have seen 3 different dentists and have felt rushed and not cared about. The last dentist I saw was khanolkar. I found her very rude and abrupt. She did not make me feel at ease and she didn't give me enough information on the treatment I need doing. She spoke to me like a child lecturing me on sugar and how to brush! It felt hurried like I was in the way! She made me feel very stupid and put me off asking any questions. I feel as though the standards have dropped in the last year or so. I won't be returning for treatment as I have registered elsewhere.

Mahisa and Katerina have been treating my mum for the last few month's and she's been so happy with the service. She hasnt dreaded a single appointment and felt at ease the whole time. Mahisa has been so clear with the dental plans that it's made it so easy for my mum to attend the surgery alone, even if there is a language barrier. Nicola the dental therapist is one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. She’s very friendly and did a brilliant job on some major work. I’d recommend her to anyone. The dentist can get very busy with long wait times, if you can- go in the middle of the day or at none peak times for the best service.

Dr Aisha Hussain has been brilliant. I had a few problems over the year with my tooth. She was professional and ensured I was not uncomfortable in any way. Due to me being pregnant she regularly checked my tooth as I had cavity developing. Dr Aisha monitored and prescribed me toothpaste which would maintain throughout my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend this practice because of Dr A Hussain. I booked Dr Aisha to check my sons teeth when he turned one. Very kind, caring and compassionate who will go above and beyond for her patients.

I have undergone extensive dental treatment over the last four months having registered with the practice. I have to say how professional this practice has been. My treatment has all been explained to me and delivered with the highest degree of care regard and professionalism. Every attention to detail has been afforded to me and I once again can smile with confidence! All the staff have been absolutely delightful and proficient (I have always been seen on my appointment time) and very reassuring. Dr Shetye is truly a wonderful and talented dentist with a very warm and pleasing personality. Nurse Harelba again has been consistently reassuring, very pleasant and friendly making a great team. I Started going to this Dentist when I needed an emergency appointment about 12 months ago. I had recently moved back to Derby and was without a Dentist I was in lots of pain and needed seeing asap.I was told if i could get there within the hour someone would see me.

I have been about 4 times altogether and have a fantastic Dentist, Dr Aisha who has a very nice assistant, Irina.
Nothing is too much trouble for this team, they genuinely care.

Got registered and an appointment the same day after being told by my own dentist I would have to wait 6 weeks for an appointment, From start to finish I received an amazing customer experience, Kirsty the receptionist was very efficient in dealing with me on the phone and upon arrival. I have since had a follow up appointment within 7 days. The whole process from start to finish has been easy, the dental nurse's have been attentive and caring. I 100% recommend Cavendish dental for the fantastic customer service and efficient way the procedure was carried out. Thanks for removing my fear of dentists. Jake.

Reassuring, calm and professional in the way they handled my Dad, Robert's, treatment. Treated by Dr. Saduera. He felt much better when he was always asked if he was okay during the treatment. It was a very supportive environment. Dad was nervous when going to the dentist but he felt very reassured and said the experience was much better than any previous visit he has had to other dentists. Excellent service. Needed an emergency appointment due to an infection following a wisdom tooth extraction performed abroad. I was given an appointment on the same day where I was thoroughly examined and quickly diagnosed before given the right medicine to treat the infection, which went away. The staff are very friendly and professional, and put you at ease. I've had no problems since, and would recommend to everyone.

I have not been to the dentist in about 3 years and before that 7 years! I plucked up the courage to attend as I had toothache. Turns out I needed fillings and a clean. I was terrified. However, I saw Dr Shetye & Gemma who were very calming, reassuring, Dr Shetye explained every single step of the way. She also stopped a few times with mini breaks, which helped. She was giving me techniques such as breathing through my nose etc. The injection was pretty painless, which I was shocked about. She was very calming and understanding. Whilst I still dislike the process of the dentist, I can't believe how well it went and painless it was. Dr Shetye & Gemma made my experience so much better and I am extremely thankful. Thank you.

I have been in a lot of pain for over a year, visited many dentists and found Cavendish. The team are friendly, caring and knowledgeable, My dentist Trishan (Kenny) is the best, along with Dave, had a big tooth taken out and was a very nervous patient, they were aware how bad I felt and were brilliant with me, Dave even rang me a few days later to check my progress. Been a week now and for the first time in a long time I finally don't want to rip my head off! I would sincerely advise anyone who feels like me to join this practice. They are brilliant ????
